Yes u need both, first install the APK, then start it up. Then u will see a message where u need to put the assets file in.

I copied the assets thing to renpy and it still won't work idk if I did something wrong

This game was supposed to be like mixture of blackmail path and slave path, and affection path, the slave path is gone to extreme, in the start it was more into femdom now its just MC being prostituted and into slavery.
