You got it all wrong. West is all about cuckoldry since the ancient times and then it got exported to the different continents (probably the first thing they did). I mean, it's true. Only recently ntr became popular in Asia (after western invasion yes). It's all about money actually, so when prostitution is a popular hobby, ntr inevitably is going to be a thing. This also explains why people hate ntr (generational childhood trauma).

Have you considered that writing a strong character in such a situation is simply really hard. Hell, most accomplished writers can't do it for shit, you can count successful examples on a hand. With that in mind it's beyond rare that a porn game will have the writing to properly support such a main character.
As for why the east has more ntr and such. It's because they're just more open about such topics, western porn has historically been more tame in it's themes, which is not representative of actual preferences. Meanwhile whatever Asians like they consume.

just a little tip, after unzipping the game (right before running it) Go to firewall settings and block the game ... that way you won't lose the "extra" patch
I try and run the game using joiplay ren'py plugin, and I get sent back to my home screen.

No, the extras just aren't there. I tried this, then tried just unzipping the game and playing without internet at all, same message 'please get the extra patch from our patreon'.

Just Clean Appdata folder before do what i did explain in my last reply ... that's how i keep the extras functions working
