I actually hate when I use one of my usual names, play for half an hour and then pops a character with same name and of course in most games the coincidence in two persons having the same name isn't even addressed. Now I have to remake my saves, sure I can just edit it with URM, but it doesn't feel authentic to me as my 'blind' run

Thats why I go with default name most of the times, as long as it doesn't sound like some alien race, or make me want to run the MC in the first traffic car I see.

at the bottom of the screen there should be some icons for Save, load,etc. Click the one on the far right that looks like an eye ball and the phone will appear in the upper right corner of the screen.

What’s the issue with the game? If there is one, please explain it further so I can check and fix it. If your problem is with the quick menu not showing UI images at the bottom of the screen, I'm sorry, but I can’t help with that.
