So the MC is some ugly bald dude... you literally have Shepard there in the setting, who is also "bald" and much cooler, why would anyone want to play as those weird oces when there are so many good potential MC's in the setting.
More than half the MC here are ugly dudes anymore

Is the story about you being a Reaper spy like Saren?
You get to choose whether to follow your directive or be a man that chooses than be a slave that obeys.
I always hoped for another friendly turned traitor like Saren in 2 or 3. Imagine a character like Garrus actually was a traitor all along like Saren and jeopardizing the final mission? Makes for a better story than the illusive man somehow using or controlling the reaper tech rather than making his own.

This brings back memories. I have always been a big fan of the Cerberus story and The Illusive Man, and I have also been a fan of the Mass Effect 3 theory that shares this game's title, yet according to it both The Illusive Man and Saren's arguments are false hopes, symbols of what the Reapers want Shepard to believe (that they are controllable/that fusion is possible), yet in my first play through I chose the Control ending, partially because I liked The Illusive Man's theory of controlling the Reapers for humanity's sake. these conflicting theories that one can reasonably make arguments for despite them being incompatible are a part of why I really love the Mass Effect series (except for Andromeda. That was unbearable >_>)

On topic, I hope this gets developed into a full game :).

You play as an alliance soldier contracted by the illusive man to corrupt the crew of the Normandy during ME3 (kinda) to turn the commandor and the crew back to his way of thinking. the Illusive Man gives you a weakened version of the indoctrination technology to subtly corrupt the crew.

I imagine the ending will be between you going full Saren or using it for your own purposes.

The game is very well implanted with the many facets of a Demolition Man commander Sheppard, after being given command of a crew of rogues of all shapes and sizes, from many corners of the known universe, in order to go on a Moby dick search, hunting party, grand voyage, aimed to control the migration of reapers - huge otherworldy entities whose influence brings great damage.

The lore speaks of something resembling Dead Space, the immortals, the eternals and Mass Effect, where you either accept a higher purpose to serve the coming of a higher power, or toil to prepare and coalesce your crew around the common goal to prevent, survive and repel the event horizon of this higher power incontrollably making an appearence and creating chaos.

This game will feature the same kind of vow, me thinks, as Goons raid her: MC can vow and toil to care for and protect Sheppard and the crew, taking upon himself the goods and the bads of his mission to prepare for the coming power, or corrupt them all for his gruesome, self centered, final goal of being a tool to whomever is controlling him.

NGL the hacking on the first door made me quit faster than anything else. No idea what the rest of the game is like sorry. Maybe give some actual clues about which nodes to press or give us 3 tries rather than just boom you failed and start over. Just rage inducing the way it is right now. I'm here to see poon not play puzzles:rolleyes: (I will watch the game for further developments though because I loved Mass Effect and Goons Raider Her, I'm just not big on unintuiative puzzles.)

You need to hover your cursor on those nodes to reveal the icons first, not to click them and guess right away. Also I think there are options to skip these puzzles

are there now more sex scenes? i love mass effect parodies, in fact one of the most successful games here on f95 is a mass effect parody "the pilgrimage". but without H-scenes i feel like it's a waste of time. i could just play baldur's gate if im here only for gameplay.
