No idea, I just posted that because I know half of ya'll won't read the whole update, see the art pictures, then get pissed when the update doesn't have new art later on. But an educated guess, if he's quit his day job and has been doing all this on the art, I don't see why he wouldn't be doing work on the animations in the near-ish future.
I'm not sure how he will handle implementing the new art, because doing all the poses in one update seems like too gargantuan a leap to do all at once, unless he hires some help to speed it up, which I doubt he will. On the other hand, no idea how well using the placeholder assets in the animations would work, and I doubt he would remove the currently existing content after having built it up over time... shruge

The next update is definitely gonna be the pregnancy one, right? I kinda hope we'll also see the first phase of art revamps because it would kinda be a waste to implement a complex feature like pregnancy on artwork that's gonna be replaced anyways in the near future. But oh well, let's see what GC does.

Your lack of Patience is already ruining this thread, have something better to do while you wait for the next update to dropped, if life was fair for the dev, the update would come sooner, for now, Stop asking When, the answer is obvious: When he's done with it.

But if you want a prediction of when... i bet it'll be before 10th! Maybe even on 9th, with military theme, to celebrate the Soviet Victory Day over nazis? Ooh, maybe Golden Crow will add politics to the game, so we'll have liberals, conservatives, communists, and even nazis themselves..! They'll bully you if you choose the wrong skin color to play with. That's where the premise for Police Department will come in - you'll be able to report them and they'll get sentenced to jail. Maybe even combat them on your own. Maybe even kill them...?
