Can someone post a recent post? I can't afford to pay for Patreon, I've been waiting a long time for an update.
Where is the cheats button in this build? In the intro it says "?" on the top right border of the game but have been looking around lost with the UI

Crow was talking about how this will be the last big update for at least 6 months, due to the stress it causes them. They said they will continue to make small updates up until that point.
About the big update, they're redoing the sex system. People will be able to join you during sex. They're redoing the UI, and making new poses. I'm sure there's other things that are being added.
The release date is set to release at the end of this month.
Also for a follow up as a new player to this game, does anyone know why we can't skip time during certain points of the game. 90 percent of the time when I try to do so, the option is blocked off with a Don't go prompt executing when I try to.

Did he try to listen to people complain about update speed, or something? This kind of stuff can kill a man.

If I remember correctly, he said the stress was due to how long the update was taking. He also said he ran into some problems with the new sex system that was breaking the game, but he finally found a fix for it.

Great another update that will break all my saves. I really loved this game when it first came out and even supported the dev but every major update breaks previous saves and I am sick of starting over! Make up your damn mind about the game you want to make and quit reworking everything!

I mean, I get where you're coming from, but at the same time gc is doing massive overhauls because he's improving as a programmer/designer. In order to make plans for features to become a reality, it's going to happen, especially on a game like this that has so many sim/stat tracking elements baked in.
It might be nice though, if not a direct save translation, at least an "achievement importer" that let you keep all your statistic altering goodies, so you don't have to grind dominance or fetish values, that at least should be easy enough to translate as variables universal to any version of the game.

Amen. The game is still basically a tech alpha, since there's not really a clear goal besides screwing. I think this change will be better, at least it will flesh out a bit of the only component of the game so far, which is sex.
Well, you at least can keep your characters. Only save them and you can use them again.

My saves never got broken, I never had problems about my saves. But in case I do ,I have a couple of saves that I can turn back too. Maybe it's your problem.

Yeah, i think that if the update don't release today like he did promise, it will be the last straw and i will cancel my patreon subscription, the fact that people who didn't even pay will get the update earlier on discord makes things worser with the called "tester" role, i have been supporting him for more than a year through it and i'm not seeing good results, at this point it's better to just move on to modded the sims 4 and inzoi.

Perhaps you should take a look at those under the "Tester" role and see that we're all actually Patreon subscribers as well. We've just been selected into the team because we've been contributing to Crow since basically day one (in other way than just funding obviously) and the main reason for the test is to get rid of the bugs, not to get earlier access to the game. It's one of the main reasons why a game as widespread in terms of code as this one running onto the RenPy engine does not come with a bunch of errors on release as all the errors we find during the testing period get fixed for the official release.
And no, the update will probably not come up to September but that's because Crow has decided to implement yet another major feature alongside the sex rework and more info about that will be posted on Patreon soon according to his recent Discord post. The update, however, is not too far away.
