I bet he has reasons but that's gaming industry and scam is a common thing in here.

I wonder what is the obsession of NSFW game devs of wanting to change the game engines a lot, i have seen it happening recently also with "the last barbarian" and "carnal instinct", the biggest problem of changing engines is that a lot of features from the original game will need to be cut or redone from the scratch, which will hold back the development for years and the game will never feel "complete" or "finished" which is sad (i'm not saying that is the case with influencing, but just nsfw games in general with how rare is to see a finished one)
