That's just the game unfortunately. It's doing too much for the Ren'Py engine hence why the developer has decided to switch to a new engine with Influencing 2.
i hope they make a remake of this game with the new engine or something.
my only problem is that you have to make each family, it would be better if there was an option for there to just be random family's that are already made around the town so that way you don't have to make 20 families plus a big town isn't gonna have under that at even the worst of times and 20 is actually wayyy lower then a big town would have.

the remake is on godot i believe *pinch of salt*.. and it'll have everything that influencing 1 has, and more. so you wont be going into it missing content from the 1st game

Maybe there will be new types of clothing, tattoos. It's a pretty boring nightclub here. There aren't enough strippers. Secondly, it would be a good way to earn some extra money for a game character.

I tried to figure out the AI stuff, but as a dumbass I have no fucking clue what the hell I'm doing. Does Golden Crow or anyone else have a guide to get the AI dialogue stuff started?
Download Kobold, download the Moistral-11B-v3-Q3_K_M LLM, launch Kobold...open the language model w Kobold. Thats it.

I am using exact same combination without any problem, except reply times being annoyingly slow, i am talking about over 30secs of reply times. Is there any way to speed things up from the settings of kobold or something? Can someone assist me on that?
I am running it on win 10 pro 64x, ryzen 5 2600 with 16 ram and nvidia gtx 1660
Im using the 5GB file size version of the LLM , if youre running slow drop to the 3gb
