In the 'How to play' section in the begining of the game - there's a section ->

There's a cute little event chain where one girl's adoration for you causes her to argue with the other girl who thinks very poorly of you, driving the one that likes you into a potentially romantic relationship with you for example

For which characters can I do it? Can I make Anna adore me and mistreat Eve making Anna love me more? Or is that 'chain event' only available for other characters?

Anna & Eve. You can increase affection and trust in one and neglect the other. A scene will be played where they discuss about you and how you treat them.

Is there any way to get rid of Misaki besides going full BTK in the dungeon? I'm sick of that blind bitch constantly trying to molest my entire household. I'll probably just restart my save and reject her this time, but I'd love an option to sell/give undesired servants to Bruce or something in the future.

This is something I have plans for but haven't gotten around to just yet. I'll push it up the priority list a little bit.

Been playing this game for a little bit and while it seems cool there seems to be items I have no idea how to use? such as the sex toys from the pron shop and the silly tanuki costume from the other pawn shop, do these items have any use as I can not find anyway to interact with them

Yeah but one item states it could be a funny gift for Anna and her only gift you can give her is a book, also the porn shop items being multiply brought makes it seem like you can give them to everyone

Yes you can rape some of the girls if you really are that hard up for rape, just treat them bad and take them to bed and rape away all you want.

But since they are slaves they know sex is part of there life so its not really rape.
