Is there some kind of guide/wiki/walkthrough for this? I haven't had much luck finding anyone other than Rey (excluding, of course, the two girls you start with), and the places in town don't really seem to have much either.

Yep, in that particular line, every word is important.
Not a lot of dungeon content yet, but we're working on it!
The majority of the game's content is currently focused on mid to high relationship values. As for grinding, I imagine that depends on what you consider to be a grind, and how long it's been since the last time you played. At present, the game is just shy of 1.3 million words spanning a couple hundred interactive scenes and at least a thousand non-interactive scenes. The game is growing in leaps and bounds, but it's difficult to answer yes or no to your question because your question is subject to opinion.
Double click the html file and actually take a look at the opening page of the game. You'll find that we actually have a wiki link right there on the opening page of the game. It's far from complete, but the wiki is being set up as a sort of guide to aid you in finding scenes that might otherwise be difficult to find.
Without more detail, it would be difficult to say for sure.
Try the following:
1. Dont use Chrome. Chrome breaks html games.
2. Uncompress your game file.
3. The game uses cookies. If you've disabled them, you will break the game as it will be unable to track internal game progress.
4. If those don't work, let me know. But when you let me know, explain what is actually happening. Are you clicking on the html file and it's not opening? Is it giving you some form of error when you open it? Is it just partially broken (Images not working? If so, the above solutions should help with those as well.)?
A slight correction.
3. The game uses your web-browser's Local Storage cache to store the Save Slots and the Game Progress. In some web-browsers disabling Cookies will also disable access to Local Storage, as will running the game in a privacy mode like Chrome's Incognito.

The girls actually have a fertility cycle, with peak days and safe says. Anna's fertility is really high, so if you creampie her about once every third day for a month, you're almost sure to knock her up.
Additionally, just like real pregnancy, she's not going to realize she's pregnant right away. It won't be until she misses a period until she starts to become suspicious.
To the developer, a few minor issues:
Sex with Anna:
I understand that it's a sex game with slaves and harem elements, but thusfar I've played exclusively the kind role and only been with Anna. She's said she loves me. However, there's clearly the option to have sex with other girls and Anna has expressed nothing regarding if that's ok with her. There's no option to ask how she feels, either, nor to set rules for anyone you're sexing or owning to be exclusive to you or to sleep with only certain people or genders.
A request:
Valerie is totally my type and there's no indication whether she is alive or not. Her death isn't confirmed like some of the others, nor even if she was still in the mansion / slave pool when thetoxic fuckmonster Uncle died. I wouldn't mind a chance to get her back at all! I'm sure some of the other characters from the diaries that aren't confirmed killed similarly appeal to other players the way Valerie stood out to me. It would be nice if we get the chance to ask after them and perhaps re-acquire them. If nothing else, a closure to their story for those whose fate is unknown would be nice.
For me, though, I have pretty much maxed out Anna on affection and made her a lover, made Eve into a happy little platonic sister, and am working on healing Mitsuko. I am really enjoying the challenge and the good feels of taking these broken birds and healing them into angels, and would love to make a mission of rescuing former slaves thedemonic shitcum stain Uncle damaged and healing them so as to undo some of his horrid legacy.
Anyhow thank you for a most engaging story game with great characters, and keep up the excellent work!

First off, I'm very pleased to hear that you're enjoying the game!
Now, on to your comments and such:
No option to cum in Anna's ass: Haven't gotten around to writing that, but it's on my list.

The idea of rescuing former slaves is something that's come up a few times. Finding them would be difficult, but there will be opportunity to do exactly that on a limited basis eventually.
Honestly, the biggest issue is time. The game is growing in leaps and bounds, but there's still a lot to be done. The goal is to get the full breadth of content into the game, then to expand what's already there. Every aspect of the game is intended to expand significantly. The sex options you brought up before, I see that as a placeholder, each option has a dozen or so small scenes, but I have every intention of adding a LOT more scenes for existing positions, as well as expand the options.
On a side note to all of this: Just added the ability to earn money this week and am putting together some early Christmas content. Much of which will be appearing in the build toward the end of this month.
