You can add or take away anyone boobs, vagina, penis or add the same to anyone including MC.
You can make them taller or shorter.
Plus more if I remember right.
they might have the framework of the tfs done, but there is no actual tf items or differences with scenes yet as far as i can tell and im playing on the newest free version

Oh, okay yes there is no scenes for futa/trans in the game yet.
(Or there was nothing in the last time I played several updates ago.)
Don't make any difference for me I stay away from that and only use the potions to make the girls have A-C size breast.

If you check every day you will soon see when they can get pregnant the most as in fertile or less likely to get pregnant.

Yep that is what I was trying to remember, just like real life cycles.
If I remember right 1 week out of each month is set up for there cycles that is when they can get pregnant.

My God, five years and this game is still lacking in the art department. Is the dev planning to put it in at the end or is this game actually stuck in art development hell?

Art is being added a little at a time when the dev gets enough money to pay for it.
So from the changelog i saw something called eve romance. How can i get that? Just be nice to eve and Anna?

There is new art in nearly every build. However, art is expensive and limited by the game's earnings.
A66 added 8 images
A67 added 1 image
A68 added 10 images
And I presently have 10 images in a folder waiting to be added to the game.
A portion of all earnings go into new art for the game, but if you'd be interested in contributing in a more direct way, I will gladly introduce you to our artist and you can commission art for any scene you like. So long as it matches the current art style I'll add it to the game if you'd like.
In summary, this is a text based game, focused on storytelling over art. Art is actively being added, if slowly.
