firstly thank you for so much fun i have with your game. It is so thrilling that I forgot about time while playing yesterday and went to bed as late as 5 in the morning... so today actually (damn).
I have a question about the Blue Kiss if I may ask. When I choose the option to not taking it regularly but manually, how do I then take it later? Is there a hidden option somewhere or am I blind (english is not my first language so I could have overlooked it).

OK, I am blind. The option is there with the right circumstances

There is an option to change the decision... But they will be limited. Due to how this method works, it is difficult to freely “switch” between taking it and not taking it. And it doesn't make much sense. It's more of a choice between whether you want to increase your chances of getting pregnant or decrease them. But it is possible in any case, as long as Selene is sexually active.Hello there dear dev,

Dunno how realistic and in depth you want to make pregnancy but there is also natural abortion by fasting. Especially in the early stages of pregnancy it's quite simple to make the body reject the fetus.
For example if Selene shows early signs like skipping her period and morning sickness she gets a scolding from Io who informs her of this method and Selene has to make repeating and ever harder willpower checks to not eat while she gets a worsening vigor and agility debuff.
Selene could also keep track of her cycle to know when it's safe and not to have creampies. Not that she always has a choice
If this game was on Steam, I would buy it immediately. Question to dev - how many updates are you planning to release?

Moreover, in this case, it is another era of a fictional world. From a few days ago, posted on Patreon.
Let me start with the unpleasant stuff right away so I don't have to come back to it later. As I expected, the power situation hasn't improved; in fact, it's gotten a little worse. Nevertheless, the integration of the draft continued, albeit at a pace that was dictated by the availability of electricity. I still hope to release version 1.9 at the end of January. At least I will do my best.
Now for the more pleasant things...
Do you like the road trip adventure in Chapter 2? Or do you hate it? ^^
One way or another, in 1.9, you will be on your road trip for the last time. The episode ends on a ringing cliffhanger, albeit without drama, but still. And yes, the usual rhythm of the road, stops for meals, and conversations with companions will be gone after 1.9. In the upcoming episode, I even had to shorten some of these scenes so as not to artificially stretch out the narrative.
That is, no, there will still be adventures on the road, especially after Chapter 3, but they will be more focused on events, with gaps and time jumps, instead of detailing the hardships of the road. To some extent, one of the goals of Chapter 2 was to give you a good idea of what these journeys are like, so that I don't have to touch on it again in the future. Otherwise, the game would be in development forever.
All in all, each chapter of the Inner Empire will differ in structure from any other. And the time for Chapter 2 is almost up. After 1.9, there will be only one final episode, 2.0. And then a new chapter will begin. It will be completely different from the first and second chapters.
So, if you like these road adventures, enjoy them, because they (at least in this format) will no longer be in the game after this. Aaaand if you don't like them very much and crave more “significant” events, well, you'll have to bear with it a little longer... You will get more significant events.
And of course, Happy New Year!

I have a question relating to the scene with Iolanta by the goddess' statue and it's tone/dynamic and the
choice at the end of the scene. Was it just more or less a throwaway line or will it be an option to pursue a Fdom/Lesdom relationship with her where she's this explicitly dominant? I don't mean literally legally being her slave of course, but she seemed *really* into dominating Selene beyond just "teaching her a lesson" and it got me wondering.

I guess that depends on what you mean by cheating. Currently she doesn't have a real "romantic" partner really. I mean the closest she gets to that would be Cadonis, who will act as if Selene is "his woman" after she has sex with him, and of course if she chooses to stay with him. So in a sense any other sexual activity with other men after this would likely be consider as cheating by him, and Selene does have a few options after Cadonis. However it remains to be seen if this would bother him too much. Cadonis didn't strike me as a man that would be emotionally hurt if his woman turned out to be a huge slut, he would probably be more annoyed that she's exploring other options for sex partner rather than just enjoy who he clearly considers to be the best at fucking a woman, which is of course himself.

That scene (like its “threesome” alternative) does not have any global effect. But overall, yes, Io has dominant, controlling character traits. So... who knows?

Part of the answer to this will be revealed in the next episode (1.9). But only part of it. The full answer will probably be revealed in 2.0.
Huh. Can you save that one cool guy that Io has a thing for or is his death scripted. Anyway, really enjoying this game. It's GOOD!

1 Vigor and a little Insight in reserve will be enough. Or just 3+ Vigor. The situation there requires some physical effort.
