Well, I remember playing a bit of this a long time ago and I couldn't recall what I thought about it, so I redownloaded it and remembered that it's all just a lesson in extreme frustration.
MC is a daughter of the literal Queen of Demons (more or less). Alright cool.
MC is surely intelligent, right? Nah wrong, she's dumb as a sack of bricks.
Alright but MC is surely strong right? Nah she gets fucking obliterated by a bitch in corpsepaint and a bitch with RGB lighting in her hands.
Okay, but MC SURELY is good at magic then? Nah, she gets janked around by a chick that uses fucking magical holograms.
Fine, but when we actually get to one of the people who've been fucking us around like a puppet on a goddamn string, we can choose what we do to them right? Nah, integral to the story so nothing you choose will have any bearing on how the story develops.
Fuck, fine, but if MC finds someone she's interested in then surely we'll be able to- Nah sorry, dear old bitch of a mommy already got to them first.
Oh hey, maybe we'll get an actual victory for once? Nah, most likely just another scheme from dumb bitch mommy.
I'm also entirely convinced that we'll never be able to put dear old mommy in her place because apparently a LITERAL HIGH RANKING DEMON doesn't do that, all she does is forgive after having been janked around for a billion fucking years until the ones fucking her over just goes "oh teehee, we're on your side now" and it's all sunshine and roses.
God, it's just so endlessly frustrating when it feels like nothing you do have any bearing on what's going on, and you have no agency over what the MC actually does or not besides in completely useless scenarios.
It sucks because it is an interesting concept and you could do SO much in terms of story when it comes to a demon that has no idea about human life, and the moralistic struggles they'd encounter and how they'd react and develop when in contact with regular humans.. but nah, it's just none of that.
