I'm not quite sure what a "soft" bad-ending is? Is that a bad end that doesn't terminate the game? As in, you can keep playing after the scene in question? I'm not trying to be pedantic or call you out or anything, I'm just confused and trying to understand, so we can be sure we're talking about the same thing here.
Right now there's a lot of what I love going on, that being the MC is set up to be molested and raped in all sorts of ways by the premise you've gone with. There are some nice scenarios in the game to see that through, but because of the magical escape ability none of it actually matters.
For example, I got to day 30-something, and it seems as though the MC doesn't actually have to pay rent, because the Land Lord will never force her to "pay another way." Likewise, if you mess up the neighbors laundry, you can always choose to just leave without making it up to him, and he does nothing. This is how it is everywhere, which, at least for me, really undercuts the rape fantasy aspect the game seems to want to have as it's foundation. The fantasy is about not being in control, so if the player can always press a magic escape button, that kind of ruins that fantasy.*
I get what you mean about avoiding them, I think, but that has to come first. Past a certain point simply walking away doesn't make much sense (like when it comes to physical action/restraint/violence). The van scene, the guy trying to talk to you, things like that, are all decent ones where at least the first option makes sense as evasion. Don't approach the van, ignore the guy trying to talk to you and simply walk away, things like that, yeah. Good spots to give the player a simple way out. But if you talk to the guy, then maybe he puts his arm around you, or his friends circle around, something like that that means just walking away is no longer so simple...you see what I mean?
As far as pregnancy, for at least some of us it's such a turn off we don't even want to micromanage it through in game means. That's just busy work. An option to disable it is always far preferable.
But hey, I don't actually want to tell you what game to make. Make it how you want, either it's something I want to play or it isn't, either is fine! I'll check back in couple to a few updates regardless and figure that out for myself. In the meantime, I hope you found my feedback at least somewhat constructive, whether or not you use any of it.
*someone might compare that idea to using a "safeword", but that doesn't work for me. The safeword is exiting the game. If you don't like rape fantasy, what are you doing playing something like this in the first place?
