Tried both ways, but looks like the problem was that I've completed Gryffindor quest too early
2nd banner down on opening screen is Options. It will then allow you to choose english as yr default language.
Diadem Quest: I sprayed the corrosive potion in the abandoned wing which created a hole in the floor. This was before I had completed the skirt quest. Now the floor is back to new again and I cannot get Snapes to make another potion . Can this be repeated or do I have to start again to do it in the right order?
im stuck on that quest too . they say summon them tomorrow . i try summon them everyday whole 2 week but can't see any option

Yeah after 6 months I wanted to give the game another try and then get stuck at the same place as you, tried both ways. If anyone has any idea on how to get by this let me know, but I'm assuming the game is bugged.
there's no doubt the developers are not really good.
It can be seen immediately by the fact that the renpy engine was not setup correctly when building the classes, therefore each new update will break all the previous save files (serialization, such a difficult thing).
So I think it's fair that also the (good) images are treated badly.

Almost feels like a dev made that burner account and "leaked" the update so that people could playtest it for free.
So after yr last response to my queries, the only real problem being experienced (Mac) is around Luna reward ('Summon Luna and discuss tutoring'). Otherwise, I think I have it all (I did start again)

Get the Sexecution catalogue, this requires the miniskirt quest, opening up the ability to talk to Hagrid. Once you have that, you drag the Hunks mag onto the desk after buying it. This will give you a page out of the magazine, which you then combine with the magazine you wish to corrupt.
Baking for Susan, Womens for Daphne, Science for Hermi, Beasts for Luna.
Has the updates made it possible to be stuck in the early parts of the game?
As far as I can tell, I am at act 1 chapter 4.. My journal tells me to solve the situation with prefects meeting and to talk to Minerva about this meeting. However I have summoned Minerva about ten times both unofficially and officially and she has nothing to say (she mentioned a Time Turner, that I can't find, but this does not seem plot relevant). When I try to leave during the day I run into Nola. The game tells me, that I should talk to Snape about this, but again I have summoned him about 10 times both officially and unofficially and he has nothing relevant to say. Drinking with little Sally also gives nothing.
I have jacked off to the photo and met Helena, but again she has been summoned repeatedly in both ways and I have no option to ask her for another photo (to prompt Daphne to visit).
I got through the part with Lunas papers and her dream very quickly (one dream visit via pills from Snape and some conversations in following days, when she visited on her own) (this process has been made faster in later updates?) But now it seems like the game thinks that I am all done with prefects papers, so it won't let me meet the rest of the girls and get their papers, but at the same time it will not allow me to progress. Snape will give me an apparition potion, that I can use to get to the entrance at night, walkthrough indicates that there should be some stuff on the board to make Daphne visit, but there are no active elements on the board.
I have been through this part of the game in an earlier iteration, but it seems different now.
