How on earth should i do the Ginny snitch part i invite her and either is the thinking thing or when i invite her officially nothing happens.

They already determined that it was a glitch, bro. He got the legilimency part before ever catching the Snitch (and thus before he could get the diary), so it was just broken.

I know, right? Seeing all the other girls and then finding out Ginny is the only one that has an actual hardcore scene is such a massive cocktease, 'cause the art style is so good. If a few of the other girls get scenes, this could very easily turn into my favourite porn game of all time, even with its annoyingly obtuse and exhausting gameplay.

Did you do the snitch part of the quest?
Do you have her diary? If yes just type the highlighted object to unlock it.
If you had a bug like me just play trough chapter 4 or 5 from the beginning and there should be no problem.
