The change is called Joe Banks. Seriously the newcomers must know that there is new leadership on the project and these past updates are a major improvement.
I honestly don't know about the history of this game's development, but what the hell was the original creator thinking before that guy?
I mean...someone actually decided to make a whole made-up "magical girl disciplinary rules" thing called IMVOIS, then decided to write like what, 5-6 pages of actual rules for it (nobody is going to read this...it's a porn game, why?), and then decided to make an entire porn game about how to break these BS made-up rules. In a porn game. 3 out of 5 chapters have no porn. At all. You do dumb quests and read through mediocre writing.
You can't make this shit up...whenever I see the whole IMVOIS crap I just think it's quite surreal. Someone actually bothered to write random magical rules about some magic sex game and they took it very seriously for whatever reason.

I mean apparently the first 4 chapters are gonna be rebuilt at some point and I hope they are, 'Cuz as it stands they are completely meaningless.
It's a porn game. People use it to masturbate. I honestly can't see the reason for the pretension that it can be something "bigger" than just a porn game. There is no reason for the whole swimsuit chapter's existence. You achieve nothing, get nothing, it was dumb as hell and also the longest chapter in the game.

It's build up. If people just want porn, they'd go watch porn. There is a game part of it. While I agree the chapters as they are, are dragged out and such, they exist for a reason. Build up, fleshing out character, etc. People like cosplay porn because they like the character, if not for that, everyone would just find a picture of a disembodied pussy and be done with.
