I was just about to download this game but saw this. First scene with a main girl only now? Thread was started all the way back in september 2016, how it's even possible?

Short answer is very slow dev progress of the game in the beginning, change of team members, and rework of some/alot of the game.
IMO, the game is in a good state right now, and the devs just needs to push out updates and create real CG´s with the main girls now. Still some content to be played, and a lot of teasing and minigames.
Extremely bad development. So much of this game is just bad writing and shitty quests and there is 0 porn other than 1 scene in the beginning of the game.
All you get are swimsuit teases. That's literally it.

What's a long time?
I played the most recent version of the game in July of this year and this was my take-away too. That's 5 months ago.
Overindulgent writing, too much focus on how pathetic the main character was for multiple chapters. It could be forgiven if it was good, some of it was but the sheer volume of it was abhorrent.
I remember there being a sex scene with Minerva, underwear and swimsuit scenes. That was the extent of it.
The quests and side-quests were very obtuse, badly explained and tedious to do.
The new stuff might be good but I can't imagine anyone looking forward to replaying the first few chapters of this game. I'm going out on a limb here and say you have a save file that you use for each update and thus you forgot just how bad and long the early parts were.
Now imagine someone new coming in, who does not have the luxury of skipping the, frankly pointless, first 2-3 chapters.

The old chapters where done by a totally different guy, who ran it into a weird direction, basically turning it into his on VN fan fiction, but he left.
Tthe new team is trying to drive it back into what the people want, a porn game, and it's finally heading in that direction, there's a BJ scene and a masturbation scene, and there's plently of stripping and nudity and teasing etc. it's still got a ways to go, but it's heading in the right direction, new update was quick and easy and went straight to the action, and the action was good.
Oh, that's lame. On the second image, the face seems almost a bit... creepy? Totally prefer that first image Luna.
