Well you're going to be waiting a while, as she was the focus of a few updates ago and next focus is Hermione. Which probably means the updates are going to be somewhat cyclical in nature going forward. You might get a bit more Susan in the next update, but after that you'll probably be waiting until late 2021, probably late 2022, but realistically late 2029 because that's how slowly this thing is developed.

I think you're right that the updates are going to be cyclical. But that actually means that a Susan update is still a year away right now, since Luna was the first to get a scene 1,5 years ago. So February will be a Hermione update, then both the April and June update will be bug fixes, storyline, additional minigames, etc, but no new scenes. Then, August should be an update with a new Luna scene, with October and December again improving that version. Finally, the update on february 2022 should be new Susan content. That is, if they can keep their schedule.
And yea that's right, by their own schedule, each character receives a scene every 2 years. They actually have been honest with their update schedule the last year or so and even managed to release the last few updates on time (even now, any update in december is still 'on schedule'). The problem most people have is actually the amount of content that is released. I seriously question the sanity of people donating 20$ monthly.
Btw, with scene I mean an actual scene like the luna masturbation, susan spanking and daphne sex scenes and not a minigame where the idle pose of a character is shown without a bra for example.
What the fuck's with the swimsuit quest? The hat's asking for Hermione's reference swimsuit, but I cannot find it anywhere when I go to her room. This is slowly but surely becoming more trouble than it's worth. And it feels like the walkthrough is severely outdated

Honestly, it's best to just skip the damn swimsuit quest. You won't miss out on anything really and it's a pain in the ass even with the revamp and walkthrough.
Bad game design is what's up with it. Nowhere else on this website will you find a game more obsessed with being a video game over being a porn game while at the same time completely failing to understand even the most basic elements of game design.
man I fucking hate this game now... I spent a week trying to solve (and read everything under the sun on this thread about) the swimsuit task...
The youtube videos linked are private or deleted; Every walkthrough says something different. For anyone interested in helping me solve this shit:
I start Monday, but even tho I grab H's swimsuit the notebook still tells me *GRAB HERMIONE'S SPECIAL SWIMSUIT. I then go through all the houses to grab their swimsuits, and ID them but the last one remains which is Hermione. But the next Monday when I go to take it again, it works. And now I have to grab reference designs for each other girl. BUT, that is not working. No matter what I grab from the hat, these are not getting ticked off from the book...
Ffs... why?
Why do this to us? There are like 1,000,000 comments on this thread complaining about this shit, and still no real solution to it.

grab hermione's suit- and take all the undies with it give it to the hat. then put it back.
then, corresponding to each character's day, the day before that day, clean out their room of underwear and leave just one of their color in hermione's suit type from the hat. It never takes me less than 3 weeks to figure this garbage out. IIRC it resets on monday.

If I remember correctly I think if you've already got the other girls sizes. Then you need to do the following.
1. Get the hat to make a version of Hermiones swimsuit for each of the 3 girls on the Sunday (i.e. a black, yellow and blue swimsuit)
2. At 10am go to one of the girls houses and take all of the swimsuits and leave only Hermiones swimsuit for that house. (i.e. leave the blue swimsuit in Ravenclaw house).
3. Do the same as step 2 at 2pm and 6pm for the other 2 houses.
4. Hopefully that should allow the swimsuit quest to continue.
