Corruption games should be a slow burn, so you are right imo on this approach, but understand that some people are a bit burnt with the lack of content for a long time and all of the content added lately being for an unpopular character like Minerva and a new non-human character was like adding salt to the wound, specially with other more popular human non-main character options available.

Would be nice if the porn scenes will get aditional content for repeating, e.g. having Ginny covered in cum and commenting on it that if feels nice on her skin (she mentioned something like that when she was dressed). Also having multiple layers of cum and each time a different text line. Then building on that and making the minigames more versatile and complex. Not only with Ginny but with every scene (even non penetration ones) for the future. This would add a lot of spice to the game without making the main goal (having Sex with the main girls) coming too early in the story.

Except there is nothing erotic about a house elf and an old hag. You have an attractive young woman in the beginning of the game you make no use of except a tit flash and you have the MC use a story about girls skinny dipping to ditch Hagrid, which could be turned into an actual peeping event that happens on his way to the school, would be a good chance to show a number of other well known girls from the books/movies that may not otherwise appear in the game, unless you also add peeping in the showers during his trips to the houses. An even bigger turn off than the granny sex are the minigames.
I do like slow burn and I like a lot of the things you have done, but with the greatest respect "the beginning of the game" was FIVE years ago now. Honestly, I don't know why you are diddling about on the periphery with unwanted characters. There is a ton of content and new characters you can add later to keep this going. Also saying that you are focussed on rewrites and animation is not exactly encouraging--sounds like we could be having the same discussion in another five years, except that by then you will have completely missed the boat. Anyway can I suggest to adopt a different approach about the lewd contents in the early chapters of the games? Instead to add some odd sex scenes (like the one with the house elf), you could add some lewd dreams of the Main Character about the girls (without any mental connections with them) and/or you could show the students involved in various lewd situations, showing us the most naughty and unspeakable Hogwarts secrets. For example you could show Daphne who tease some teacher to obtain better grades, Susan harassed by some students, Luna who play with herself when she is alone in her room…
Please no dreams, it's a cheap way to get unearned content early on.
