Well, I tried this again after a long time. Sadly, despite all the changes and rewrites, this still continues to be a game not at all worthy of the great artwork.
Supposedly, the story is now a lot shorter, still felt endless to me, and it's still written so lame and not funny, that I skipped as much as possible.
The game drowns in storylines and mechanics, instead of simply offering what people want, porn in a porn game.
We want no new made-up girls, we want no girls kicking the MC in the balls, we want the HP girls being seduced and corrupted or maybe even romanced by the MC. If it is funny, great, if not, it should at least be hot.
This game still tries to be funny and isn't, and it still doesn't deliver on the porn front.
And with that I don't mean it has to be a constant fuckfeast, but for fuck's sake, let's see some progression.
The original game worked because Akabur, while repeating scenes often, made it possible that in each game week, you could have some progression, a shorter skirt, a strip-tease, a racier bra.... the game constantly developed until you reached the end.
Sure, it had lengths, but you could see progression.
With Innocent Witches, I have played for several hours now and all I have to show for it, is one sexy picture of Daphne. That is literary all that has happened with the main girls so far.
It's so frustrating, because this team has had so much time and earns so much money and seems to be interested in anything but actually doing what they set out to do.
At this point, I honestly can't understand why anyone would still pay large sums to their patreon each month.
Seriously, just hire the artist to draw you some sexy commissions, that would be money way better spent.
For the life of me, I can't understand why anyone on this developer team thinks the stuff they are putting out months after months is what they should do. And yes, maybe by now we actually have some sexy times, but what good is that for, when you give up frustrated before even getting that far?
Just compress the complete first act to half an hour and then begin the training, that is the only thing that will really work to make this game anything but a boring dreg.
I have waited years to play this game again, because I wanted to give the team with the new members a fair chance to put out lots of good content, and I was more than willing to change my bad review, if that had happened.
Now, I wish I could rate the game even lower.

I'm loosing faith in this project. I first played it in A 0.1 since then I play it every 6 month or so but I see nothing but rework of things we don't want and we already played multiple times. I sincerly want this game to progress the stage of "rework" and finally have some new scene and advancement of the plot.
Many games with way fewer team member can make an update twice a month with more content than this game and as good CG quality as this.
I still have hope but it's fading away with each new update sadly. Well for final words, I wish you good luck for the future.

Any Android port has in-built cheats. You can find all required buttons in Extras.
Are there any games similar to this? I got tired of paying 20 bucks a month for updates that were basically "we re-did this scene to make their bodies jiggle during animation now." I don't know what happened to production, but it's like they slowed down so much they're regressing in content.
How on earth it took over a year to get the new plot vs old plot is beyond me. I'm just waiting for them to announce yet another character no one asked for, or creating another scene with Minerva.
I think they just have enough subs to live comfortably and they're just coasting off the promise of "more" in some indeterminate future.
I recall asking why my game didn't seem different after taking a year off and re-subscribing, and they were like "wtf are you talking about, we add TWO new events each month."
Even if those were two very involved "events," it's a pretty pathetic update schedule, but the reality is it's even much worse that that. What they consider an event is shit like changing the mermaid dialogue AGAIN or adding a brief 3-second environment scene with a plant fucking a girl in the background. It's fucking retarded.

This game is a joke, a pretty funny one though. It's my guilty pleasure to check the comment and see people being surprised the game has made no progress. The icing on the cake being all the ways the developper will say that you're wrong, they're very serious, and how much they have done for the last 6 months(nothing).
It's so absurd I don't even feel bad for the patreons. At this point of bullshit they deserve every peny they've lost.
Also it's a pretty good game when you need to show that people will support scams on patreon even after years.
So take a seat and enjoy the ride. Don't touch the game though you will dirt yourself. Or put some gloves idk.

Its funny to see how a literally simple concept(just witch trainer but with 4 girls instead of 1) went wrong by trying to be more complex(whatever the fuck is act 1, 2 and whatever).
The devs should have honestly made witch trainer 2 then expanded to the complex stuff they wanted, not try to do it all at the same time so now both the witch trainer aspect + the complex story aspect are shit
The issue isn't they tried to do to much.
The issue is they're milking patreons by doing anything else that is low effort, and if one day they lose support(lol) they'll just have to drop a sex scene with Hermione.
Why does it reminds me of some other popular game right now... that has been milking patreon backers for almost 2 years without a proper release...
