You should buy it if you like it. If you can't buy it you gotta wait for someone to leak the update. I stopped posting updates here like a year ago.
No, it's still being made. There was an update 64 days ago it just hasn't been uploaded here.

You can get it on Itch or Patreon.
Nobody who has paid for the latest release has bothered to share it. Signs of good patrons, or lack of overall popularity.
Games like Wild Life and True Facials get shared within 24 hours usually.
