I am encountering a wierd problem with the estate, It shows i have a daughter who is living at the estate but i am unable to interact with her. I am also unable to ask her to move into the estate.

Did you add a pic named 0.jpg in city center asian girls?
There is a known issue that if you have many girls of the same type and location (in this case, young asians from city center), having daughters with them will lead to them having no pic, since none is available. It should be a missing pic, not a clone, if you see a picture it means you actually have a file named 0.jpg.

have only 10 pic and on 9 birth i have a clone, after clone i will have 0 pic

I don't know what I am doing wrong but I can't figure out how to do "dominion"? I can't find where to set it up? Also can't seem to unlock the estate.

Ok thanks for your help, I found the cause of the issue, it's indeed related to removing certain girls from your contacts, it will be fixed in next version.
These options are not available from the start, you should first progress the story a little bit. Keep doing rituals in the basement. Also read the Help menu to find hints on how to unlock things.
I've been playing for around 50 years in game and got 14+ favors(?) the things from the ritual that is said to progress the story.
When you do the rituals you get a choice of what kind of favor you get, is it possible you are picking to increase Virility, which doesn't progress the story? I don't recall the exact amount of favors needed to unlock the different spells and eventually the office, but it does take some time.

Still, keep doing rituals. At the end of the ritual there is actually a message telling you if having more favors will help you progress the story.
Yup that was it, needed 20 favor. Should mention that somewhere imo. I for one got confused why "will progress the story" did not progress the story after 15 times.
Is there any way to raise submissiveness? I wanted to make a girl a muse, but none were submissive enough. It seems like almost all of them are "defiant". I tried using charm to see if that affected it, but nothing. They have very high affinity and have done lots with me, but their submissiveness does not seem to change.
Also, I can not seem to figure out how to cast the Maturitas spell on my children. I've tried multiple ways to select them, or gone and looked at the spellbook in the basement, I've tried talking to girls at my mansion that have kids, I waited until the kids were over a year old, I've tried casting a spell while on a date with the mother, cannot find any way to select to use this spell. Do they need to be older? Because considering the whole point of the spell is to age them, that doesn't make much sense. What am I missing?
