And then I had a question, why did I increase the value (100) for the indicator +10, is it not enough to increase only for +1?
Everything is clear to me, I'm an idiot, this two buttons '+' (+1) and '++' (+10).
But, when editing the statistics of girls, it does not give the full effect, I slightly adjusted it.

There is a bug in this
There is already a _type variable in the generategirl widget and it get overwritten.
It causes an error when specials girl is rolled and they are none are available.
Just rename _type in code above to fix it

No idea how to use console thing and a cheat would be cool. Seems like I can't figure this game out really. Seems interesting.
Here's a fresh save with $10,000,000 and max Charisma. The meat of the game is picking up girls, taking them out for dates, and having sex with them. Use the Spirit you get from sex to perform rituals to the succubi in your basement to unlock magic powers.

Unseen, what do you need to do in order to progress the story with the Mayor? I'm stuck at 5 infinity and it says that ive got max infinity with her (for now).

That's not really a bug, the relationship with Mayor is capped at 5 for now. You must have edited your save to try to get rid of this limit, and simply editing it again to set her rel to 5 will fix this error for you.
It's a 50% chance at birth.

Like the Idea of unique girls. The biggest addon for me would be some QoL features. I would suggest the following to reduce clicking:
I don't really see the point of Inexorabilis once I want to fuck a girl she already likes me enough to give up birth control anyways.
Following Spells would be great:
- Mediate for 50 Spirit to get 10 Actionpoints and 50 Sperm
- 10 Essence for 200 Spirit in the office
- The option to talk to a girl 5/10 times at once
- The option to work in the Theater 5/10 times at once
- The option to work in the Shop 5/10 times at once

The event has a small chance to trigger at the beginning of a month if you have a girlfriend who is between 18 and 21, and obviously not your own daughter, and if no more important event is triggered. It's not a major event, just a way to meet a mature girl that adds diversity, like the event where you meet the mother of your daughter's school bully.
Inexorabilis is when you meet a girl for the first time and she is on birth control and you don't want to waste the time to get her affection up to the love level to ask her to give up birth control.

Yes, just keep visiting an area. I think it varies, but you can check the images/girls folder for the different girl types and then go down to the meet folder for the different areas.
