Is there a list with the achievements descriptions somewhere? So I know what it takes to get them?
Have you at least checked out the help link on the left bar? While there may be some grind and some minor issues, it is really not that difficult once you understand the basics from the help tutorial and can be a lot of fun.

I'm fine with starting a new save over and over again each time. But can you stop with the preset timings on the scenes? Having to constantly mouse wheel down to get through the dream sequences so I can keep going to later in the story is a pain in the ass.

The problem is that you got to go in and find the help. Why not just do a quick tutorial and have a basic way to earn money. That why it for me it unplayable. Also why is there no back button or skip intro. Basic things go a long way to make games better.

There are several basic ways to earn money.
Not sure what exactly you need more explanation on, personally I do't think there is anything to complain about playability, there is a learning curve like with most games, but nothing that basically walls you off.
Why are you forced to start over each time?
You can both save on disk and export your saves before updateing followed by importing your saves when starting the Update

One suggestion I have, in the sex scenes, have the image of the actual woman somewhere on the screen, or give an option to do so, so many faces blur by, having an anchor would really help "mah Immurshin"

I don't know (m)any HTML games that does what you claim... so maybe this is just not your genre/game engine.
That aside the "Help" button explains everything about basic game mechanics includeing how to earn money... so there you have your tutorial... it just misses pictures, if that's your beef here.
The general tips option explains some easy to start stuff and you get ingame explanations/tutorials when the more advanced Options are unlocked.
Improvement suggestion:
Found the 12 unique girls and their profile pics are stunning. Had babies with them, once they became 18 they turned out to be unique too but their profile pics are UGLYYYY as fuck. I mean uglier than most profile pics of the unattractive and 0 beauty girls from the alleyway. It just doesn't make any sense. Maybe you can fix that. Thanks

You don't have to. I make sure at each release to make the old saves compatible by updating them on first load. Keep your save file between versions and you should be fine. Of course bugs can happen, but I generally treat issues with this as a priority.
Sorry about that, I guess there is some subjectivity in that, dont hesitate to go in the folders of the game (for daughters its in the "desc" folder of each girl type) and replace any picture you don't like.
That was fixed in the 0.16.2 hotfix, download it, replace the v0.16.1 html file and you'll be unstuck

I made a girl divorce her husband and when she divorced . And I got a message that you need to put her in your estate but to do this you need to have one empty room . So basically you're saying that you've just put a bunch of pictures in a folder and the game randomly selects one from there for every girl, doesn't matter where her beauty ranges form 0 to 120. What's the point in having beauty classes then, other than having different words displayed on screen?
