I'm having problems with 2 achievements (only 2 left) and believe I probably should have them.
1. home wrecker. I've lost count of how many girls I got to leave their husband. I've done with them fully charmed and not charmed. Got them pregnant first. Got them pregnant, wait until they had their baby, left them raise it without me, then had them leave. I've told "he doesn't have to know" made them my girlfriend, broke up with them, asked them to be my girlfriend again and left them. Basically just about any way you can imagine, i've tried.
2. full control. I'm assuming this is tied to anchors. I had every zone anchored with girls in every possible spot for a few years. If this has nothing to do with the achievement, can somebody explain to me how you get this one?

Suggestions for acheivements
1. Impregnant 3+ generations of women
2. have 50 girls at your estate
3. have 50 girls pregnant at the same time
5. impregnate 10/20/30 girls in a single month
6. impregnate a girl without taking her on a date
7. impregnate a girl while she 'despises you'

For me the "Home Wrecker" only worked after i had version 18.3, but it worked even with a save game from 18.2, but not before that.

They are Events that can be triggered by visiting the restaurant if I am not mistaken... same as with the Shop girl

Is it just me or do others take the 'bully at school event' seduce the bully's mom, get her pregnant, get her to leave her husband then break up with her?

I'm aware of that, as I already did it with the shop. What I'm asking is, where is the restaurant? I assume it's in the city, but I tried all the links/buttons, but can't seem to see it. Sorry for not being clear in what I was asking. xxx

The restaurant is located in Oldcity

InsemGame Found a bug, meeting an 18y.o.'s girlfriend's mom unlocks the "father figure" achievement erroneously. I haven't had a kid yet but it popped from that even. Maybe wrong achievement is tied to this event?
