...But on the other, why play a game called "Inseminator" if you aren't interested in seeing the results of your inseminations? Pregnancy and impregnation are a core part of the gameplay loop...

You can't blame him for not having the same kinks as you, not everyone looks for the same thing. The "results of insemination" he's focusing on might be more the offsprings than the pregnancy itself, or even just a simple breeding satisfaction.
What you say is of course valid but impregnation is the real core, and leaving the visuals of pregnancy aside, for the time being, is a deliberate choice, simply because (I think) there are more important priorities to improve the game from its current state.

It is mainly a lack of hard drive space and would rather not fill it up with a lot of content I'm less interested in seeing, which is why I've suggested having all the content be treated as separate and selectable DLC files, but you are not wrong either, lol.

Also I hate having to convince a woman in this game to have sex get negative relationship points with her only to have her tell me she wants my babies after already having a bunch. Make fully charmed girls easier to bang.

Scouts are what you want, for finding new girls. Muses and matrons only generate influence, and later essence. This will all be improved soon, I already planned to make scouts more efficient, and essence more useful (for now you can only exchange it for spirit).

Type-specific dialogue could be good. Maybe a modular system that looks for tags and matches dialogue pools to each present tag.

Not related to this, but it would be nice once a girl gives birth, to be able to random a name for the girl. I mean, Olga 7 and Emma 8 have their qualities don't get me wrong, but it would be better to be able to give them a random name instead.
