Yes, it was brought up a while ago, well before any of the new races was added. The same would apply to any fetish content, like tattoos, pregnant, or larger sized women. Personally, I'm not a fan of blondes, so would like to exclude them from the pool, but everyone has their preferences and it would be nice to have the option.
The dark rituals are used to gain favors and advance the story mode by gaining spells. I have not played the last two updates yet, but that would be my suggestion.

2. Favor. Is there any way to track how much you have. I think I gained 3 before the first unlock, then gained some more before another unlock. But now, I’m just gaining favor without any idea of how much I have or how much I need.

For sperm production you can do at the hospital in city center. For the girls beauty, there are some education events that will make a daughter more beautiful, it's a slow way but you can do it over a few generations. I will add more direct ways to improve beauty on existing girls in the future.
Charm comes as a bonus on top of affinity. You can do without it, but it will help greatly for high level checks, like asking a girl to leave her husband, or the "do it anyway" option when a girl argues.
You're not the first to ask that, so I will add it. In the meantime, the actions at the end of a ritual will tell you if more favors are needed or not. When you pick the reward, if you reached "max" favor the game will tell you it's not needed.

I wish Charm was able to completely override any needs for Affinity. It's hot having a girl hate the MC but still go along with anything he does or makes her do, but if she hates him even maxed-out Charm won't be enough in most cases.

I'm still not clear on the whole anchors thing, and I'm not seeing the option. I checked all districts while having 100 spirit and lots of cash, plus lots of 100+ relationship girlfriends, and I still don't see the option to set an anchor

Just wanted to say thank you to the dev.
The game isn't all that deep or complex, but it really inspired me.
When I noticed that most of my girls were married (which, as far as I can tell has no in-game function) it got me thinking about all those husbands with their wives turning up pregnant every year, and how they would never suspect the real father because magic demon powers.
I'm not even really into cuck-shit, but I just wrote a short story about the Demon deciding to meet one of the husbands.
Turns out even Incubuses get bored and lonely, and sometimes you just want a bro to talk to after you've spent all evening balls deep in his wife.
