to get the walter gh scene, you need to find a certain scene in walter's apartement first (clean the spot next to the bed) then drink twice in the club and wait for him at the bar

You need to go into the middle toilet first i believe and then get the scene there, then you can go home

If I remember correctly, in the older version you need to drink 2 times and then dance until you are approached by walter. Haven't tried the new version though, maybe it's bugged.
