That's another bug, you dont actually need to read what's on that table.

if it still uses the same save system in regedit thats on like the fist page then its very easy just find maxstamina and change to 99 decimal

That didn't work... stamina remained 10.

I have the game on the desktop.

ok got 0.36 maxi and thay are limited to 30
iv delleted the regedit folder reset all the save started a new game ran through day one till save
then edited the new regedit file and hp stamina and strength are limited to 30 and cleanness is limeted to 50 still
if u input a decimal number grater than 30 it makes it 0
