you have to go to victor and ask for work - but you have to choose the second option i think ( that you don't want to clean the dishes) then he will give you the key to go to the hotel

Please not old saves do not work
Until the walkthrough comes out heres a quick guide they posted
1. Oliver in the massage parlor - offer a full body massage for $100, and then allow him more.
2. For the maxi version-completed events with him in the massage parlor (but also play for Kate, and see new Uncensored version’s event).
3. The passenger on the bus - quest with Mark (in the bus) must be finished, and stand on the right side.
If you want to play an old event with passenger, you need to stand at the left position, and then change to the other side in the bus during the dialog.
4. Training with Mark - ask him about training attack (after a successful defense).
5. Open the hotel - talk to Victor and say that you do not want to wash dishes, previous events with him should be done.
6. Open the Dark alley - you need to finish the training attack with Mark in the gym.
7. The letter from Lance is available immediately (do not forget to wear a massage robe).
8. After passing this all, find an event in the shower of massage parlor when you wash.
