VN - Ren'Py - Completed - Inside Jennifer [v2.5 Steam] [Inceton Games NTR]

I'm really torn on this game, I contemplated giving it a 2 star rating but its high points carry it to a 3 star.

Let's get this out of the way, the renders and animations are really good. Visually this game is very sexy. It has a fun concept and the branching paths are very intriguing.

But as the game goes on things begin to fall apart.

This is, without a doubt, one of the sloppiest game's I've ever stuck with. Choices and routes are jumbled and garbled, and the writing is confusing to the point that it detracts from the game's eroticism. Some of the errors were fixed in patches, so if you're playing this game in its completed form you won't notice as many of the problems, but a game shouldn't be consistently released in such an unpolished state.

At the time of this writing, the final episode (Episode 5) is such a complete train wreck that it undoes much of the love for this game. It feels like the developers never really cared about this game, and got lazy. Episode 5 is abrupt, sloppy, and unnecessarily dark. And that's really the killer, this game started off fun with some dark elements and then really doubled down and went too dark.

There's a great game here, but it wasn't realized with Incenton. A dev with an actual passion for this project could make this into a truly great game.

but no build up, no corruption, or evolution of paths or characters, just some random scenes, then a sudden end. Writing is god awful. DON"T BOTHER with it unless you wanna see some renders of confusing scenarios.

I'm a big fan of female protagonist games, so of course I had to try this. I really liked the start of the game and I think the renders are good, but everything was just suddenly dropped to wrap up the game. There's no logical progress in any paths, just an abrupt end scene that makes no sense. It feels like the game was just abandoned, but the put in some "the end" image to justify claiming it was complete.

I liked most of the character design and the renders, but there was no build up, corruption, or evolution of paths or characters, just some random scenes, then a sudden end. If this had been the midway episode rather than the last, the rating would probably have been 3 or 4 stars rather than 2.

the renders is good and the animations is good, and its sad to see a game with such potential be run into the gutter with blackmailing crap and zero choise to permanently get rid of inferior scum like that Jimmy character.
dont know why most female protag games has to be ruined by disgusting scum like that.

Firstly I wanna say, I'm not really a big fan of female protagonist games, but this one, has changed my mind about It and that should say a lot about how good this games Is. I'm also not a big fan of big asses or tits, but all the akward, funny and sexy scenes In this game makes up for all that.
It Is true tho, what some of the low star ratings say, the story Is not really realistic, but It's a game and I love all the crazy situations the Mc gets her self into and also the animations are great! and there Is many different paths you can take, so one playthrough Is not enough

Conclusion:
If I want a cheap porn story to nut one out quickly, I would have went on pornhub.
Nothing in the story make any real sense....fucking a random cab driver because you saw your husband with a girl in public?
The dialogue is laughable...why is everyone in the game so horny? Is it normal for someone to think "wait till I put my huge dick inside you" the first time you met someone? I can get people are stunned by Jennifer's beauty... but there is a difference between admiring and raping them in their minds...like every single one (wtf?)

I will stick around, but damn, slow down...Jennifer doesn't need to fuck everything that moves

To be honest every situation in this game is dumb and unnatural, even for a porn game.
Right from the beginning when some dude blackmails jennifer absolutely out of nowhere with zero logic, amd cums in her mouth (lol)
And later in the massage room where absolutely random person just casually walks in, fingers mc and casually walks away after being noticed (wtf)
For me it completely kills all mood even despite good looking renders and animations

My first review here and, unfortunately, it had to be this stupidity of a game. Ok, admitedly, this rant is caused by high rating giving me certain expectations, only to be let down. How can anybody give this game more than 3 star rating is beyond me. I will not state detailed reasons for my rating, they are already stated in other reviews. Just as example, soon after you start the game female MC, knowing that she hasn't stole anything from the clothing store, chooses to strip in front of the store clerk rather than to face police, and you as a player, don't even have a choice. Lazy and stupid storytelling. Huge letdown.

I rarely review games, but this VN was plenty worthy of my time spent writing a 5 star review. Other reviewers may not have the same kinks, and might find the characterization deficient or stereotypical. I disagree with them. If you like NTR / hotwife stories of female protagonists becoming progressively sluttified, without supernatural causes thrown in, you might enjoy this title. It's not the longest "slow corruption" of them, and overall the game is overall pretty short, but there are so many branches that there's bound to be at least a few of the paths that will scratch your itch. A few of the scenes were too vanilla for my taste, but the other ones more than compensated. The animations are superb, the MC is attractive (YMMV), the dialogs are not too long or too short. I didn't find myself "skipping" most of the dialog.

Overall, the only negative is that the title is too short. I strongly recommend playing with the Walkthrough mod to experience multiple storylines. Be aware however, the mod might dysfunction when trying to fuse all possible storylines, so make sure you save at major crossroads if you want to try another path later.

Dumb characters. There is no motivation. It's impossible to look at it. We urgently need to do something with the script. Give a letter to an adult?
But the character is beautiful and generally nice to look at the picture. Too bad it's unbearable to play.

But at the very beginning there were hopes for a good game with the main character a girl. Maybe all is not lost?

No idea how this has a 4.5 star average. I decided to give it a shot based on the ratings and it was a colossal letdown. The character basically has no agency and the male characters are so ham-fisted it's almost laughable. I'm not expecting anything moving here, but I cringed through the entire 5-10 minutes I played before throwing in the towel. There's nothing here that you can't get from hundreds of other games on this site.

Great looking protagonist. One of the sexiest ones for sure.
Gives me GGGB vibes. This one has much better art though, not even comparable. Silly girl with lots of predators around her. Love all the hardcore and blackmail stuff in this game. Pregnancy is coming too. This game is already in my top 10. If you like corruption games it will be in your top 10 too.
I hope they don't screw up endings.

Updating my review for Inside Jennifer Chapter 5 Season 1

It's better compared to the previous version when it was tagged as complete. Bugs were fixed and the Laurie ending is now implemented. I loved the option for the MC not to succumb into blackmail and the option to end the blackmailer, although the events that lead into that attempt to blackmail Jennifer could have been avoided by giving the player a choice to do so. The renders and animations are great. The story seems too short for me so I am hoping for a season 2.

At points if feels like it tries really hard to be have the scenarios and character's actions be plausible and the rest of the time I'd find it easier to suspend my disbelief reading fantasy. The switch between the two is jarring, it would have been better if it just threw logic out the window completely.

The game is amazing. The scenes are hot. The situations are great. Jennifer's character model is great. There really are no complaints, doesn't deal with any sandbox nonsense which is awesome. It's here for a purpose and does it with aplomb.

Nothing new is brought to table, as a female protag conneisseur i've explored every single vn and there's only so much you can do as new at this point.

However game indeed brings the best quality in everything it does.

Inside Jennifer (ep 5) started off as a very good game but has lost it's way once it got to the very rushed ending it has in chapter 5. Writing was rather decent, being descriptive while not being burdensome and some plotlines had a decent time to develop while others felt a bit rushed... but the ending is just a very quick run to end a project in a way that actually makes little sense. It also has always had a serious issue with choice consistency, making it often that decisions taken at one point don't carry on with the development in the story later on. This is another big no for me in this kind of games.

Character models and graphics are very high quality, no doubt. Animations are pretty decent as well but not as top. And it has no sound to mention at all as well as some bugs like missing images and crashes.

It was a game I liked but it was ruined in the end.

This is an excellent game, you don't have to grind or anything, which is nice for a change. The writings are good, the animations are smooth, the renders are absolutely fantastic, the character needs a little development. It's a good game without the long and tedious story most female protagonist games have these days.

This game is not bad. It has nice renders and comprehensible writing. The "inner thoughts" of the men surrounding Jennifer are childish af though. Like all of them on the inside are 25 year olds who didnt get laid in uh 25 years.

Its funny though how unbelievable these characters are. Like the main character literally gets raped and abused by just about every man she meets and afterwards she's like "oh well i guess that just happened" and just moves on to the next guy who pushes her head down his cock against her will.

But hey if you looking for porn in this porn game, you'll find that in spades.
