I followed him for a couple of years, the Jaina movie was his final work. He got a lot of shit from a couple of guys on his blogspot page, because the last movie took quite long. After that he got fed up with the community I guess. Can't really blame him.

people became very anxious and toxic during his last work piece - Jaina Unchained - because it was taking long. Probably he also had some personal issues and he became overwhelmed.

He announced short before the release that this will be his last work.

Sadly yeah, and that does happen, and i don't know why a lot got toxic during that last piece, since there is a lot of WOW stuff just like that.
