Yes I know that in this world, futanari were created by scientist.
And a pre-op transwoman would not be one stricto sensus.

But, it's the same debate that IRL with post-op transwomen.
They where not born futanari. But after some operation they a pre-op woman would look like an futanari. And in her(his/their?) mind, she could see her like one.
So how society will consider them?
I suppose it would be the same that like with post-op transwomen IRL, depends on how open-minded you are.
We're not talking about IRL, we're talking about a game. In this game, futanari have a certain meaning - genetically created women with dick. Nothing else.

Since there is a discussion, here's a question that I don't think the game (the intro at least doesn't) gives a definite answer to: do the futanari from this world have both genitals or just the penis with the accompanying internal organs? Because Susan wanted Jade to be a woman and be with a man and stuff, which could imply she has the capability to get pregnant. Some screenshots from the doctor scene suggest Jade doesn't have a vagina, but I suppose we'll probably only know for sure when she sleeps with the other futa.

This is Sam with Jade. Jade is an ingame futa. Are you really saying that if Sam would start transition (taking female hormones, getting more toned breasts etc) she won't look like an ingame futanari?

Edit: Typo

Except Futanari in this game are not only women with dicks. They are also Taller than even the average man and stronger too. If I remember correctly the difference between a Futanari and a man is roughly the same than between a man and a normal woman. Also AFAIK Jade identify herself with female pronouns. So both Futanari and woman use feminine pronouns. If Sam decide to become Samantha he would start to also use feminine pronouns. Whether in his transition his physiology is nearer that of a woman or a futanari it is for Kind Nightmare to decide. Could a pre-op Sam be mistaken for a futanari rather than a trans woman in universe? Definitely since both would be so rare in their world while similar. That discussion is going nowhere.

All that talk about Trans women existing in a universe where Futanari also exist got me thinking about hormones. Female fertility medicine AFAIK, which is admittedly as much as your neighbor, is also hormones. Is it possible that those have a special interaction with Futanari specific hormones during puberty? And that is why other Futanaris might be built more like normal woman and have an easier time passing as such? If they went to that special school where they would get treatment without their consent or knowledge that could explain why Jade that got hidden from everyone since her birth passed through the net. We could easily explain Stella's physical shape if she is indeed a futanari that got through that school that way.

It already has been confirmed that Jade has only one set of genitalia. that just makes more reasons to find her mother more sick in the head and show her no mercy.

Agree this definition discussion is tiring and veered way off topic from the original questioning about Sam's future in the game.

I think the answer is more like this.

If not mistaken her father Carlos pushed Jade to do physical training, maybe as a way to take her mind of all the bad things she kept hearing about futas on the media and also as a way to learn self defense. And she also kept going with training later in life when she joined that boxing gym.
So it would be a mix of having the genes from her parents, from being born as a futa and all the physical training she kept doing over her life so far.

Stella simply didn't had all that training so she never became a muscular femme.

That literally makes no logical sense without somehow having transitioning including major gene therapy to literally turn him into a futa.
Similar anatomical appearance doesn't equal similar physiology.

Yes. But she won't be a real futanari.
It was never about whether Sam would become a futa, but rather about how one would look and how one could be mistaken for one. And you've just given yourself the answer to that. And that means Sam could potentially be infiltrated into the academy as a spy and the hormones she would receive would not harm her, since she is not a real futa, but would be beneficial.

This is if we are talking about ordinary people. But now we remember Dr. Jennifer, who can easily identify a real futanari. And besides her, most likely others can do the same.

yes some know the difference but remember that not all the futa look like jade and not all citicen know how exaktly futas look like because if that were the case everyone would know immediately that she is a futa but she has been able to hide well so far.

That's why I said it would only work with ordinary people.

That's incredibly stupid of you to say, based upon both what I wrote and what he wrote.

The physiology of a "Trans-Sam" would not be the same or similar to a "Futa-Sam", unless transitioning within this game's setting means literal DNA rewriting into being a Futa. At that point, there is no "Trans-Sam", only "Futa-Sam". <Insert "No Dana, only Zuul here.>
Anatomical similarity is not physiological similarity.

and i never said dev has thought of everything but why else would he/she/them let jade say that? i can think of 2 things use sam as a spy or use sam to distract someone from jade or use sam to distract someone from another futa.

Edit: to clearify the sentence

:WaitWhat:
That literally has nothing to do with anything I wrote!
you talk about irl biology and medicine, we bzw i talk about an ingame npc/LI and about specificialy she/he could be useful for jade and that she can use Sam for something. Jade has never said anything like that about any other NPC/LI. So what makes Sam so different from others? Maybe because he could be mistaken as a futa at first glance? as is said spy or distraction but I thought of another possibility - as bait

A man's physiology is almost between a woman and a Futanari. Once Sam, if he decide to, transition especialy at the start his physiology could be nearer one or the other. And even W/O transitioning a man physiology could be nearer that of a woman or that of a Futa. It would be Kind Nightmare's decision either way. And Like RC-1138 Boss said the discussion is currently derailing.

To comeback to RC's answer to my previous post. I avoided talking about Jade's muscular nature since it is clear that she nurture her body, but her height is mostly due to her genetic.

about the theorie in my previous post I asked KN on the discord and he answered with it might mess up the girls, but it is not the main reason there are suppressed Futanaris.
