Finished the last Alexis scene for this update, also finished the first of the 2 scenes for Layla. Only 2 scenes left to do. Both scenes will be very short and I expect to finish all scenes/renders this week. I might have to redo a few, but I know more once I start with the post-render work. There are a few scenes I want to "redo" or rather improve but I'll leave that for another time.
Once all renders are done, I start with the post-render process. Meaning fixing some inconsistencies like clothes that are clipping into the skin, lighting,...
The total renders (Everything included) is over 7000. So, I don't know how long that will take me.
At the same time, I will start coding everything, there's a lot of script and with all the different paths, it will also take some time. Adding some sound files, main menu song,...
Then there's the spelling check, also correcting some mistakes in previous episodes. And testing all the routes, of course. Still quite some stuff to do.
About the remake of episode 3. I'm not completely done yet with that and I'm not sure if I'm able to finish before I'm done with episode 13. Episode 3 consists of 2 days, so I'll probably only add the first day since that one is finished. The second day will be for the next update.
Once I have a better idea of how long it will take to finish everything, I'll give an ETA. The only thing I'll say is it will be released before GTA 6!

holy shit 7000 renders I did not expect that looks like devs are competing for who can do the most renders in a single update this year

7000 renders since March while having a fulltime job and doing a remake in the background. Whatever else you want to criticise Nyx for (not enough content of particular LIs, overdoing drama, underwhelming cliffhangers) you can't question Nyx's update speed.

That's what I'm saying all the time. It doesn't matter how long release times are. The only thing that matters is content, content, content, and content. Nyx uses her renders in scenes in more than just one screen. Not like Summer Heat where you get a new picture every time you press the button or a key. Can you imagine how much time of gameplay we'll get? Personally I'll take a game with a few hours gameplay every 8-10 months always over a monthly release with just half an hour.

Yeah usually I like to replay my favorites to make an update last but when a update is this beefy it's worth the wait and only worth a replay for fun especially when it's alot of content. Knowing how slow I am probably take me almost an entire day to play haha

I think next month. considering Nyx said she should be done with the final scenes this week and just basically has to do touch up and coding and testing

This will probably come out sooner, DPC seems to have a longer to-do list compared to Nyx.
