I haven't done it to the point of getting a break up I always pick one when I have to but seen people post the renders of the breakup. There is a point you have to choose at training camp but if you don't they both show up to your door and break up with you.

I still need to play her path in the update she is last on my list of solo paths. But I would say they are unofficially official when the MC sleeps with her as it feels like a pretty damn romantic date and everything. Or I would say at the very least I think Layla would consider them official because if you choose Elena if on her path you basically break Layla's heart.
Yeah Alexis introduces mc to her dad as layla's boyfriend too and he eats with the monroes like a part of the family, it doesnt get much more official as that at this age without a proposal lol
That's exactly how I saw Mira too. Especially when there's a variable set in episode 10 related to having no friends if you somehow fucked up Layla, Nikki, Cara, and Erynn's routes. Mira comes in a few episodes later as a way to have a clean break from all that drama. She has her own issues but I definitely don't feel like she was a waste of time, and it's not like she's some brand new character since we saw her in the Iris flashback and MC pointed out that they hooked up a few times in a later scene.

My comment comes from the perspective of a supporter of polyamory who chooses to believe Erynn and Alexis to be as deeply connected to each other as they claim to be, and hence potentially much more able than random strangers to trust each other enough to share their beloved in a polycule. I regard them as a special case in this regard, just like Layla and Elena for the same reasons.
Assuming you mean Brooke, as 'the girl', I must have missed something then. I went the Brooke route on all the playthroughs and Emily still went out, and slept, with John and no Brooke content. Did I miss something? Approving or not her seeing John, seems to have had no difference.

Having said that who else is she going to say? She doesn't know Nikki, Cara or Val, not sure how well she knows Elena, she finds Iris very annoying, Lakelyn is her cousin and Layla is her sister she doesn't have many options for answering that question.
