I'm just replaying the game and while I reached the Iris flashback, I remember seeing somewhere that the game got "banned" from some places because of MC's age during this relationship, and since I wasn't really following during that time, was it (or is it) a big deal? Is it something that is an actual problem for monetizing the game?
I feel like it's the kind of problem that would be easy to fix with adding a cheezy thing at the beginning like MC saying that "he wish he was alive a couple years ago, before the government changed the age from finishing high school to 19", or MC having to repeat a year in school in the past because of a fuck up when he transfered school. Or both if he need to be 2 years older (I didn't do the math).
Like I said, I wasn't following at the time and I just remembered that detail. For all I know, the game was just "banned" from a mere Reddit sub and nothing else, but I feel like the game have good enough renders and story to be on Steam (in the future at least) and if that's a detail that might hurt it, it seem like an easy fix by creating some backstory in the game's world?

I haven't played from the start but I know that got changed in this update to say he is year and half older now somewhere .

R.I.P. Adriana Lovers
Looks like it's all over for banging another mom, Adriana. Enzo likes the MC. Adriana sees the MC as a son. (And sees the MC as good for my daughter Lexi/Layla (especially Lexi)). Enzo and Adriana are banging each other to make a baby boy Monroe.
And it's a win for all the players who guessed Freaking Zo was the Monroe dad and hubby and not Santi.
With the older version of the game, it was easier to fool people by making Santi and Freaking Zo have a similar build from the back and somewhat similar hair. But when Nyx redid the earlier chapters, and updated her character designs, the Freaking Zo renders showed a guy with different skin color, different hair, and was too big to be Santi. And in my opinion, the Santi render has a lighter vibe, and Zo's always has a heavier vibe.
And would you, as the MC, cross a guy like this?
With this render, Nyx is able to instill an underlying and resting danger with Freaking Zo.
He feels like one of those "Fuck Around and Find Out Guys". He's actually a stand up dude and can be sweet, sensitive and funny (as he was in the bar with Lexi and the MC), but if you cross him in any way .... break his baby girls' hearts, fuck his wife, steal his cars, steal his money

In an older version of the game - Chapter 8, 9, 10 - the MC makes out with Layla on the sofa after watching Entangled. Adriana mentions this to hubby. After he hears this, he actually wants to stop them. Adriana stops him from bothering the couple. I don't know if that's still in the game as of this latest update.
Even the 12th to 15th man on a NBA bench (see Brian Scalabrine) can destroy the vast majority of all amateur players in a pick up game.
And here we have Freaking Zo, living legend of the Madison Springs Marauders, multiple time league MVP, multiple time champion, the MC's idol.
I don't know his position, but I'm guessing a blend of finesse and power, power shooting guard, or even an under-sized power forward.
And as cooldevo and jadepaladin mentioned in the thread, our MC can't help but cheat or flap his yap, so like the volleyball game where he pissed off Erynn and Lexi, he will do something to flip Freaking Zo's switch, and it will be on like Donkey Kong. (He won't score a single point here too.)
I can see Zo getting the ball at the top of key, shooting a jumper or a three in the MC's face several times, blowing by him like he's stuck in cement for several dunks and layups; posting him up, drop step, boom, slam dunk with his nuts in the mc's face - how do these Allegra-Monroe nuts taste, mc?
(And Zo won't even be using 10% of his power and skill.)

Aside from misfolk's good analysis that the MC is good at ingratiating himself with the parents of his GFs, I agree with your analysis that being Emily and Santi's son gives the MC more leeway with both parents compared to another boy. And it's a big plus if you've been a good student - which Adriana knows - and like you said, she sees the good effect the MC has on her daughters.

Enzo is literally the gigachad of the game. The MC is a little boy by comparison. Thankfully the MC is only seeing the nice guy version at the moment.

Oh god, please no. I think that he thinks of the MC as extended family. Being his best friends son, as well as his daughters boyfriend if you are on Lexi or Layla's path. The game doesn't need any more protagonists, we have quite enough thank you.
Especially since the introducton of tweedle dumb and tweedle dee at the beach, I already want to drown those two.

To me personally no... when you do the math you realize he's suppoused to be 16 on the scene (as originally) presented, but he didn't look like a kid and... i'm focussed on the naked lady, not the guy.
For legal problems i think it's better to clean this up, but it never personally offended any sensibilities with me.
Some points still need clean up, Emily still talks about getting him a gift for his 18th birthday.
Just flirt and be nice to Iris, stare at her tits(yes as far as Iris is concerned this is nice lol), don't "kill her" during the game...
The option to sneak into her cabin should pop up.
It's not the full version that only happens on the secret path, it's the toned version where she says she would fuck you if you weren't Alexis BF.
Adriana has always been very supportive and let the MC get away with a lot inside her house, from the first time she catches Layla-MC in the hottub she's been nice instead of "WTF IS GOING ON HERE?".
The fact that she immediately connects the dots on the MC being the son of her former roommate and a friend of the family must've helped.
Enzo is following a similar path, when he says something like "i'm gonna kill your BF" it's just joke messing with Alexis, and even the "we need to talk" on the Layla path seems like just a way to make the MC shit his pants for fun.
And as someone said(forget his name now), with everybody already at the table and the couple (no matter if your choice is Alexis or Layla) the last to arrive... everyone knew what was going on.
Lucky they are ok with it.

not really a monetization issue, the reddit "ban" who gives a shit about, certainly not Nyx. Patreon was ok with the content so far. She isn't planning a steam release, and it would be a gamble at best, highschool games with adult content are questionable to be approved. She just did the retcon to mostly shut up the whiners about the underage content.

honestly I liked the OG hair the most. The second was not bad either. That bleached version was horrible.

if I recall I think Nyx said if natural hair color doesn't win she might make her change her hair 1 more time I forget to lazy to go through discord haha. Funny enough I hated the bleach and then kind of didn't mind it but yeah was never good

Blonde is winning at the moment, I would love to see it. But yeah anything but the bleached Quinn hair.
His first instinct is to STOP THIS SHIT, luckly Adriana calmed him down.
Between this moment and now he cooled off, off screen they probably have been talking about positive effects on either girl... And learning that the guy is Santiago's son probably helped.
