In the end is the people's fault, for me if she ends up not being a li "it will be my fault" not the devs because it was never said she is, at the end of the day I will be pissed off at myself for falling for it.
The most dialogue that got me think about her as a LI was when she ask to go with mc to the beach next time and the mc tell her something like "Sure lets go together next time" while that doesn't imply some kind of romance I very much doubt there will be choices for non-LI girls.... that will be like leading the people a bit (maybe that is why the scene to peek on her was removed, to not confuse people)
There are few choices left with her so maybe a tiny bit of hope but I think this last update is very eye-openerCompletely agree as Emily was one of the supposed LI’s I was looking forward to (in my defense, that was before I knew who she was in relation to the mc) and even after the ‘peeking’ scene I also was still holding out hope (you’re damn right I chose to get a closer look!
Anyway, as the mod I was playing with fucked up the story in my play through, can’t wait to start over with this latest update!

Okay maybe I explained myself poorly. This game was designed with the intention to masturbate too. I think that in media that is designed for that purpose and based around making choices about who you are pursuing all characters that have a large amount of screen time and are seemly presented as options to pursue should be pursuable. if not why are they seemly presented as options? people would still be mad if they couldn't get content for the character they wanted it for but wouldn't be nearly as mad if they didn't seem like their would be content for those characters.

I don't see games as this for that. I am here for the emotional rollercoaster.
Do I love the sex content? yes, but as I always say, it is the cherry on top of the ice cream, for me. Delicious, but no the reason I eat the ice cream in the first place.
And the whole point is that some are options, Lexy and Erwyn if you want (whose name I will never write right), others need not to be. And that does not imply they must be ugly just because..

I am just trying to skate the thin line between revealing too much and not enough. I am happy that Nyx hasn't told me the entire plot because I would be inadvertently blabbing to everyone...

He did have the choice to peek at her before it was removed, and many of the choices after that can be looked in a different light.
And you don't let the players usually have choices for non-romanceable characters at all and even less tease people that much about her.

In that case, any relationship point towards to Emily should be removed completely. The main outline regarding to her story is rather kinetic anyway. It's good to have an option to say a or b to her regarding a few things, like in this update, but since they don't matter, any variables regarding to those are pointless.
Same thing goes for here as for the relationship points. Even if they are a major undertaking, they should be done regardless, because they are giving the wrong impression for a lot of people, as you can already see from the amount of posts here. They should be removed at some point for cohesion anyway, it's better to get it out sooner than later to avoid any further misunderstandings about it. To be fair, Nyx walked into that one by creating those certain scenes with her.

For "my" game, it's a shame about Erynn. I was liking her as Li despite what happened in the past, but her current job (likely and almost certainly) makes it impossible for me to pursue her for the love route. Help her yes, friends maybe too, but nothing more. It is not that I want virgin Li but neither the opposite
