How much do you want to bet that even when it's revealed to be a misunderstanding and Santiago isn't Lexi and Layla's dad, some people will still cling to it.

I think you can only play either Alexis or Layla. You can try playing both but have to settle to one. If one knows you are cheating with another, they both will breakup with you. In the game, there is no possibility that you are going to date Alexis and Layla at the same time till the end of the cliffhanger. You can date valeria and layla but you need enough points and that's possible. You can date valeria and alexis without them knowing you. That is a possibility.
This game is so complex that i almost tried to cover every possible route and still find some route missing. You need hours to go through each path. I don't know how Nyx is designing this masterpiece.
The only sane possibility is that MC wants to breakup with her for someone. That is a path. Maybe Nyx is writing this path and trying to fool us.
Another path is Alexis and Erynn path where you are still interested in Erynn path and avoiding Alexis after the beach.
After knowing that Santiago is his dad, the current threats to him are Gabi, Adriana, Alexis and Layla.
Since, there is no incest, I would really want to know how Nyx would end these stories without justifying the name "Intertwined".

. If You are already in both valeria and layla's route and want secret path, alexis might drop in the future. That possibility only works if you are in no relationship with erynn and layla.
