No. People are just speculating on how it could be introduced. Nyx has nuked a whole storyline from the game where MC could help Ethan to corrupt Erynn, given she had the idea so wasn't against it herself the only reason for her to nuke it is the fear of losing too many subs due to the anti-NTR crowd. Therefore I don't think there's going to be any NTR in the game in any shape or form.
I actually come down on the side of not showing the video not for any reason of catering to anybody's sensitivities but just because whatever the reader can imagine is probably worse than whatever is actually on the video. In my mind's eye I see Erynn on the receiving end of a dirty sanchez, a blumpkin, and a donkey punch all at the same time and finally, I am - for one glorious moment - happy.
I think there are so many beautyful girls in the game and somehow its ridiculous that the whole girls are only after MC like there are no other men in the game. If one of the girls which MC does not approach for a relationship then gets a boyfriend that would even be more realistic. Thats even not ntr then...
