Warscared, it's too late for me on my Lexi-Layla paths (and also going for Adriana). Zo will snap me like a matchstick and use my nutsack to make a basketball.

It is pretty much a Yennefer or Triss situation as far as story structure goes ( like the dev themselves alluded to in game) with Alexis and Layla. ( Or Alexis and Erynn)

The rest are so far just what we can call... soap opera fodder. You know those 2-3 episode arc characters that pop in and out to induce drama and then you have your main cast with major drama always unfolding.

I mean... Nikki is up there too.

well yes and no, some girls atm have so different paths that those can be dated at sametime (still not recommended) and on layla and elena path kinda dates them both until path divergences to layla solo and elena solo.

I believe so. I'm still hoping for a Layla and Elena Path, even tho it seems that there was an option that led to solo path with them.

You can flirt with girls within the same circles but you can't date girls within the same circles.

You can date girls who are not from the same circles at the same time. But there will be consequences eventually down the line.

For example, you can't date girls (students) from your high school together or you can't date girls from Riverside together. But you can date a girl from your high school and a girl from Riverside at the same time. Their paths don't intersect (for now) for you to get caught.

well possibly depending what those girls you have dated at same time tell to others. also there's sex with teacher (mc cucks her hubby) and being with her is major down with most girls and bit with alexis and none with erynn.

Is it possible actually to follow Elena's route without forcing the MC to go too far into the Layla one ?

The only time i saw the option to finally get the MC to choose Elena is at the end of the current version, only when he has been in a relationship with Layla rather far (as the option appears just before going with Layla's first time), resulting in the MC being a complete asshole in the end and breaking Layla heart ?

Yeah, this sequence has been bothering me a lot in contrast to all the other LI playthroughs i did up to then, because the MC is leading Layla so far into believing he's the one for her despite it's clear it's been a long time he has his eyes on Elena (according to the choices made up to then on this route of course).

This means if the MC had any respect or care for Layla like he claims to have, he should broke up with her way earlier in order to try to court Elena (due to him having been interested in Elena for so long), but waiting until -that- point (the night in which Layla finally wanted to give him her first time) of his relationship with Layla makes the MC into a complete asshole .
It really ruined that route to me too .

So far my prefered playthrough has been with the Alexis route, it felt very nice.

It's good that a relationship plays different depending on the girl. It's more interesting than just choosing the skin of your waifu(s)
