If we're going in the direction most people seem to assume, and it's someone else with an LI, this was my guess. It's the only one that makes sense to me.

Indeed. I doubt it would be all about having fun, flirting, kissing, touching... or most likely some even more lewd, steamy action. They are gonna have a deep conversation on their beach date. About stuff and about things that trigger Erynn or both. I mean, no one 100% knows where the conversation might lead. It might be Zane from her traumatic past, Ethan, or something or someone else. I just wanna be picturing the MC (with or without Erynn next to him) do it in his room, if we are talking about ''the phone'' hint from Nyx. Not on their date.

Because if we are talking about Erynn, I guess the only choice that has been made earlier and has a variable to trigger a scene which some people don't want to see is taking Ethan's phone with the sex tape on it. The Valeria path doesn't have one. That simple.

I mean nowhere in the dev log does it say the skippable scene is related to Erynn, only that it's a scene you had a chance to avoid. The MC already knows the sextape is on Ethan's phone, so why would he watch it again after snatching it?

Opting to not pursue Val would bypass the scenes where she gets her ass spanked in the gym and the guy picking her up asking "who's [MC]?" at the park, I wouldn't be shocked if the scene is related to Val having a partner and you discover them.

Val doesn't seem like the kind of girl who would be kissing the MC if she had a partner/boyfriend. Especially given how she is so adamant that the MC breaks things off with Lexi, before she will continue doing stuff with him.
Unless you mean that she goes and gets a boyfriend IF the MC isn't on her path, possible I guess but I doubt it.

She comes across as a serial flirt to me. She tries to leverage hanging out with Darryl after the beach run to make MC jealous. She clearly seems unfazed by her gym buddy spanking her ass and her reaction after being picked up at the park and realising it's not MC seems to be she let something slip she shouldn't have, you only see these scenes on her path.

Perhaps she has a partner, flirted with MC, realised they share a lot of the same interests and caught some feelings. Just because she doesn't want to share MC with other girls, doesn't mean she is single herself.

I don't think that she was trying to make the MC jealous by telling him that she was going to the beach with Darryl plus others. I think that she was simply being honest about what her plans are. She even invites the MC to come, he says no as he doesn't think that hanging out with Darryl and his friends would be a good idea.
As for the gym guy I really don't know. The butt slap wasn't as big of a deal to me as it seems to have been to others, to me it just looked like playful banter, like the MC has with slapping Erynn's butt every chance he gets.
She even kicks him after, like a "hey, what do you think you're doing" and says "not going to happen" when he asks her to send him the selfie that she sent to the MC. That would be pretty strange behaviour if he was her boyfriend IMO.

By the way the person is shown it is either, her stepfather or a close relative, also the spank is not in a "sexual" way it is just that something a elder brother would do just to tease, of course being fed all the time with this incest garbage, even inofensive things take another meaning , and that is all in the mind of the spectator.

I mean, MC and Erynn have known each other their whole lives and the ass slapping between them are choice-based, which is why if you are just friends and you crack her cheeks, you lose points with her.

Val's reaction to the slap could be because she doesn't like PDA and if she's seeing MC behind somebodies back sharing the risqué pictures with her boyfriend would be pretty incriminating.

I know it's more likely her dad or Santi training her, but there are only so many "oh [girl] is the daughter of [parent we already know]" reveals one story can take. We've had it with Layla/Alexis with Adri, Nikki/Cara with coach, likely Erynn with John and Val with Ximena. I'm just looking for possible alternatives

Maybe I'm seeing to much into it but Nyx is a master in show nuances, I agree in the butt slap scene in the gym wholeheartly.
As for the Erynn and MC slaps there is a slight different, ingredient, and for me it is the frequency, I see in them a bit more of sexual tension, more so as we all know Erynns feelings towards the MC (independent of how you play her path,) I deem them not so harmless like the one in the gym in val scene.
