Right, don't know how I forgot about Brooke's interest in going for a ride. Wonder if that'll be the trip to Emily's place for the Entanglement watching setup that MC offered. :unsure:

I've never found the Iris path all that interesting yet. If it's going to be done, it had better be to the standard of the other LIs, and to me it's just not there yet.

Not much sauce with Brooke honestly, what it will come down to? They come from work together and hang around the living room? And we get to be the voyeur again? Not my thing.

Brooke is also uncertain to ever happen, they've worked together for years and Emily never looked at her twice.
By blocking John one may think they are helping Brooke but may end up helping Santiago... newly single, 100% ready for a trip down memory lane with Emily...
Ultimately my prefered path for Brooke would be helping her with her first guy experience, not pushing her towards my mom.

Yeah, I'm still holding out hope against hope. I think after all Emily's been through she deserves one drama free relationship. Since she hasn't dated (my understanding) since Andres she deserves something simpler and to be happy. But that's just my take on her... she's sacrificed a lot for the family, including buying into a lie by Andres.

As to Santi, if you aren't on Gabi's path and don't see the picture get taken down does it still happen in the background? I don't think there's any other hint/note/comment/confirmation (aside from overheard phone conversations), other than being on her scene that their relationship is likely ended/ending. And if Santi's already abandoning/neglecting his presumed current wife, I'm not going to hold out hope for a sudden change. He does lament his little Emi, but he kind of self-inflicted (and family-inflicted) that onto himself.

For Iris it helps a lot if you try to put yourself in the headspace of the MC, don't think of her as someone you just met... think of her as your first GF, the first you've been with... the girl who "Mrs Miyagi-ed" you into sex :ROFLMAO:

But yeah she needs to have more content on her own, the fact that a lot of her scenes tend to be Alexis locked hurts her.

I think they always break up(Gabi and Santi), Gabi yelling at Santi over the phone during camp always happens, Gabi in the club with Ximena, Ximena and Gabi celebrating/not celebrating at the restaurant.
All these things happen even if you never entered the Gabi path.
And of course Santiago always reminisces about "little Emi".

I'm not sure if he still texts Emily if you are not on the Gabi path (Emily dates John and no Gabi path), but i'm betting he still does.

mc's headaches: he fucked iris (lexi's bff) and didn't break up with her, he fucked lakayen (monroe sisters cousin) and no surprise that neither kept it casual. also if fucked mira then that will prolly come and bite ass.

Always funny to see these kind of discussions on different games. In Race for Life, a lot of people dislike/hate V(eronica) because her and MC have a pre-existing FWB relationship. It's very different case than with Iris, which was a committed relationship but still a pre-existing dynamic. In V's case, she's hoping for a more serious step in the relationship, and asks the MC for such... timing aside. In Iris' case it never really ended, so the MC has essentially been a cheat for years. :unsure: And wow, there's a lot of hate for V on that game and a lot of the points made are for that very reason, that it was pre-existing relationship.

There is some potential with the Iris as a character, she just feels way too much like a side girl at this point. All the other LIs are way ahead of her in storytelling, all she really has is the one really long flashback about meeting her. And since you can't really start any sort of relationship with her, in a non-harem game, that really requires being on Lexi's path there's been nothing to take my eye off Lexi by that point. Even Elena is a much more developer character in-game, and you can't even start a relationship with her other than to break Layla's heart for nothing yet.

Since Val dropped her phone, do you think Ethan took the phone and will threaten to spread her intimate pics? Double blackmail? (Which could backfire on Ethan since Val and mom immediately take legal action)

Gabi - Fuck her once, Reject her at training camp
Fuck her twice, don't fuck her anymore after you knock her shopping bags out of her hands

Tori - Fuck her but reject Tori after you win the race or lose the race and she rejects you

Brooke - check out Brooke while she's changing in the locker room area (minus points), don't pursue her

Iris - keep things friends only with Iris, don't like her new hair, She would still talk to you, but a lot of her content is blocked behind Lexi

Gianna - Don't check her out

Sha'Carri - Don't check her out, if you lose your race she gets disappointed, I am guessing Sha'Carri content is locked behind Val path

Lakeyn - ???? Fuck or not to fuck, She's one of the few people left in the game who might or will still talk to you

Dylan - he's always there

John - say no to John dating Emily

Darryl - Continue World War with him

I'll be curious to see how the story diverges depending on if Val or John intervened. The story after the Ethan/Zach scene is noticeable different if it wasn't Val. Ethan doesn't show up with his goons "bumping" into Val, and he doesn't talk about Zach wanting Val as a "complication".

If she didn't intervene, I can't imagine Ethan'll be interested in her other than for Zach.

In my opinion Veronica's big problem is what she does after the game starts, not what happened before the game.
You can't put "timing aside" when her big problem is timing, here we have this guy with big problems with his daughter and desperate to make money, and she decides now is the time to pressure him into a relationship... that immediately paints her as someone who is focussed only on herself and a terrible partner.
The previous established relationship doesn't play into that.

Iris only gains "points" when you take the past relationship and flashback to heart.
I guess it helps that it doesn't take much for me to cheat :p , and taking my eye off Alexis is my favorite sport :cool:.
