Erynn's relationship is the key differentiator...
Does Melissa still go for it or having Erynn means she ultimately backs off and never acts on her desires?
If the choice to act comes then how we procede from there? How we tell Erynn? What would be her reaction and what happens to their relationship? It's basically Layla-Elena times 100x.

With no Erynn there isn't anything at stake...

How happy Erynn is depends entirely on your playthrough. I know in mine iv done the bare minimum for her and that was just to not lose Melissa points.

Everyone knows that if you keep Erynn at a distance the stakes are much lower, which is why we are discussing a possible Erynn-Melissa combo where the stakes are through the roof.
No relationship, i can see Erynn being surprised at the MC entering a relationship with her mom, but i don't see her opposing it really.

If you do have a Erynn relationship however, Erynn would be devastated if something ever happens, it would ruin her relationship not only with the MC but also with her mom.
So this is the big question we are asking, would Melissa dare to ruin her daughters happyness for her desires?
