Agreed, anyone could have seen as it was in public on a picnic table, including Val. But by what Val says, she left right after the race to go see Zach's game. It just felt a little too hand-wavey, almost magic, to me that she just knew but didn't at least say something. If a scene caught a head in the background, or she came over to you afterwards and said she saw/heard what happened it'd sit better in my head canon.
I still think a clarification on how/why banging Tori kills her route would be nice...

I have no problems with Val being secretive about it so far, just shows that she's a reserved person and you weren't her BF or anything for her to be "You POS, i saw you with Tori", but maybe it should come out in the future...

Yeah, I suspect that unless one or both the girls hate you, you'll probably end up going. Enzo is well aware that you are Santi's kid, so it could even be a phone call invite to talk, or MC could call to ask about Santi and get an invite. There's a few ways to spin it.
If one or both girls hate you, they can always include a side scene where MC calls Santi to talk, as per his offer at the bar. May not go to the BBQ, but could very likely have a side scene.
I think this would be the best, Layla invites you as a friend, maybe Erynn gets invited and brings you along... make it as open as possible.
Maybe Adriana invites Emily(former roomates and all) and the MC...

Yeah, and the solo Erynn date allows you to try and recreate the dirty dancing scene after promising Mel that you would. So at least Nyx is keeping track of some of the many threads still left open.
Both versions allow you to do the Dirty Dancing, another reason that Erynn fans complained when "Alexis beach" came out... "why a scene that belongs in our route is locked behind the Alexis route?"
Now everything is alright, it's good that we got the chance to cross that of our list no matter which path we took.
Anyway, i think the best decision would be to make it as open as possible, but Nyx is the one that got the pen to make this decision.
I also would love if the Alexis costume party still happens with no Alexis romance...
Maybe it's a bit more of a stretch, but in theory she could land on the same idea while having a conversation with Layla/Erynn/Iris/Lakeyin... and any of these girls can invite the MC to the party.
