I updated the Dev notes:

This was a teaser to let my supporters and fans know what's was to come next after Kingdom Harem was completed.

But from the response I realized I was a shit artist,so I spent thousands of hours, doing drills and studies to become a better artist (

No one was supporting this game, so no patrons were let down. I paused my patreon after Kingdom Harem.

You may have heard this, but Ortus deactivated all his accounts and left a while ago. So unless someone in the community has a copy of this game that they'd be willing to share, it's just gone forever.
