With a new game, I found the cage before the alien queen room, but what do I have to do after that? Do I get pregnant?
With a full save, "you have to go to the right of the final map". We agree that the final map corresponds to the last boss. There's a room that can be opened with a level 2 key, but it's empty. Do I have to kill the boss first, because I did it and it automatically triggered the symbiotic ending?

I managed to trigger the scene by changing a few variables in the back end, but I haven't figured out how to do it naturally.
We might need to wait for someone to copy the instructions on the devs post.
For anyone wondering though, it triggers automatically back in the hallway, so if you get into the boss room or anywhere near the boss, the trigger probably isn't activated.

The game bugs out when you hit e twice on any interaction. Not sure if it's worth the massive download.
Technically... yes? the queen alien has a sex scene but its to unlock a door level unlock... there is also the game over version where she rips you in half if you fall off the pillars before finding her.

Someone please tell me how to play this game. I swear I am following the steps left by the creator on how to gain power. But I always die, I cant make the spider mate with the protagonist. How exactly do you do it. Do you have to crawl towards it? Do you have a requirement of food? Do i need to try crawling in a room while chased by the spider? Or is it just a thing that happens by chance?
You need crawling. Spiders and dogs don't want sex right away. You can tell if they're ready or not by the "device" under their belly. Only by crawling away from them on all fours can you activate the scene.
If I remember correctly, when satiety is low, damage is inflicted on health. The heroine "eats" with all three holes.
