It wasn't a save variable, it was one available when using BepinEx/UnityExplorer, in the Object Explorer, choose map5 in Scene, then check the "VirginEndTrigger".

I installed Belpin and Unity Explorer, but the Unity Explorer menu does not appear, so I am unable to perform the operation.

Uh oh...
Alternate Route: you could always extract the movies using AssetStudio and view it from there (not sure off hand what its called unfortunately, but shouldn't be difficult to find). You won't miss anything, as all the VirginEndTrigger does is show the movie when you run towards the end room (the horde encounter doesn't even trigger, literal cut to movie...)

I'm not familiar with Asset Studio. Is there a way to get the end result without going through Unity Explorer?
There is supposed to be, but I couldn't figure it out. The post preview suggests you have to interact with the cage in the queens pen from a new game, but there must have been some instruction after that that I'm not aware of as just interacting with it doesn't seem to do much, and given that interaction means having sex, seems to invalidate the idea of it being a "Virgin Ending". Can't help much more, Sorry.

Hi ! can you explain how to get the virgin ending "normaly" ? i found the cage before the alien queen nest but i don't know what can i do after ?
Sure! When you are at the blue cage in the are near the queen, look at the wall to the right of the cage. Near the corner of the wall that connects to the hallway you entered, you'll see a small hole with a white worm poking out (like in the mutant cage area). This is the key! Take it, turn around and WALK to the cage. If you get too close, the men inside can rape you and bork your run. Open the cage when you see the command pop up and you are good to go. The men will follow you around (they never raped me, but I am not sure 100% if they will outside the cage or not). Once the cage is open and the men are free, run back to the starting area and head to the black gate (with the giant horse cock). You won't need to interact with the giant cock as the gate is open. Just run ahead and you'll get the ending.

the scene "watch" with milena and the two guy in map 1 doesn't work ! i have just a black screen during 5sec
The scenes that appear just as black screens don't exist.
There are many of them that are missing in the game.
