So the ReadMe_English instructions don't work, I move the MovKF in the AppData folder and it does not show a force unlock button, it only shows the same amount of unlocked scenes I already had.

I had a problem unlocking the movies in Iris Chronicle, but I found a way to fix it.
First, I went to C: drive and searched for OiranIchimi in the search bar. I waited for the results to show up, then I opened the folder.
Inside, I found the アイリス★クロニクル folder. I deleted the MovKF file from it. After that, I took the MovKF file from the IC 1.2 folder and pasted it into アイリス★クロニクル.
It worked perfectly! Now I can access all the movies. I hope this helps others who have the same issue!

Theres no exe on this folders whatsoever.
I already have a LE installed to my system.
Almost all my apps shows LE start when i right click them.
This damned game doesnt show it.
Images are missing.
Need Halp ASAP.
So the instructions in ReadMe_English are incorrect, the opposite of what needs to be done. It basically says put the MoveKF in the AppData folder for the game into the EXE folder, but it was really putting the MoveKF from the EXE folder into the AppData folder for the game. Good to know, this one worked.

You can now, since they're not perma gameovers. You're dumped back onto the field with 1 hp.

Ok so I was having this same issue, you just have to progress through the story enough and you'll be able to max her out. If you get an option to see the boss before you've maxed her out then exchange info on all characters till the story progresses

Question for anybody that may know. Is there any sort of guide for this version of the game or of the old game still applies to this too?
