OK after all this time I tried this game again. Love the artwork. It's going well.
Then there's a fight outside of the tavern. And it never fucking ends. Every time I think that's it so we can get on with the game, more monsters show up and eventually I can't take any more.
I was hoping this was going to be an Akabur kind of game but instead it's a battle game and there doesn't seem to be any way to avoid it, is there?

There's also a little known facet of human interaction called "ridiculing someone." The best part about this is whether they're joking or not makes little difference on whether you can ridicule them. It's great!

Honestly, for a 3+ year old project, the guys supporting him has to know what's up. If people are going to throw money at him for minimum effort, there's no incentive for him to stop. Doesn't make what he does right, but he's not going to learn his lesson if it'll keep a roof over his head.
